Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an ACK/NACK feedback method in a wireless communication system, including: determining, by a UE, number of public sub-frames, all of which are uplink sub-frame in PCC and any SCC sub-frames of any radio frame in frame structure configurations according to the frame structure configurations of the PCC and any SCC; selecting, by the UE, a configuration, uplink sub-frames of which merely include sub-frames corresponding to the determined number of public sub-frames from existing seven kinds of frame structure configurations; and feeding back, by the UE, to a eNB ACK/NACK information corresponding to PDSCH in the SCC on the PCC adopting a timing relationship between the PDSCH and the ACK/NACK corresponding to the selected configuration. With the ACK/NACK feedback method of the present invention, the UE may adaptively feed back the ACK/NACK according to the configured frame structure configuration of the CC, the carrier aggregation between Bands of different frame structure configurations is effectively supported and the coexistence and performance optimization of different communication systems is implemented without limiting the number of amplifiers of the UE.

Abstract: A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of a second device, and a total received energy of each subband. The first device determines a reference value of received power of the second device and a reference value of total received energy, based on a sensing result of the second device. The first device selects a resource, based on the reference value of received power and reference value of total received energy, the first device transmits data. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, decoding performance of SA is improved, and accuracy for measuring received power of the SA is also enhanced. Subsequently, on the basis of SA and received power, performances for selecting/re-selecting channel resources are improved.

Abstract: Base Station (BS) and User Equipment (UE) apparatuses for configuring a Random Access CHannel (RACH), and methods thereof, are provided. The method for a BS to configure a RACH includes generating configuration information on RACH resources, transmitting the configuration information on the RACH resources to a UE, receiving a random access preamble multiplexed on a plurality of continuous RACH resources from the UE, extracting the random access preamble multiplexed on the plurality of continuous RACH resources, and detecting the extracted random access preamble. The method for a UE to configure a RACH includes receiving configuration information on RACH resources from a BS, selecting occupied RACH resources among a plurality of continuous RACH resources, generating a random access preamble, multiplexing the generated random access preamble on the selected RACH resources, and transmitting the random access preamble on the selected RACH resources to the BS.

Abstract: Examples of the present invention provide a method for allocating Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) channel resources supporting transmit diversity and channel selection. The method includes: receiving, by a UE, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) data from a base station through two Carrier Components (CCs); obtaining, by the UE according to specific indication information, Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) channel resources required for transmitting HARQ-ACK feedback information using a transmit diversity technique; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on the obtained PUCCH channel resources adopting the transmit diversity technique. According to the method provided by the examples of the present invention, it is possible to allocate HARQ-ACK channel resources to the UE reasonably and avoid waste of channel resources in the premise that channel selection and SORTD technique are supported.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power control method applicable to a system configured with serving cells having D2D sub-frames. The method includes: a user equipment (UE) calculates transmission power required by each of serving cells configured for the UE; the UE determines a signal or channel that is possible to be transmitted in each of the serving cells and allocates transmission power to the signal or channel according to conditions of the serving cells configured for the UE and a relation between the amount of total transmission power required by all of the serving cells configured for the UE and the amount of maximum transmission power configured in the UE; the UE transmits the signal or channel of a serving cell configured for the UE according to the transmission power allocated to the signals or channels. The present disclosure also provides an user equipment. According to the present disclosure, important signals or channels can have priority in power allocation. As such, performances of important signals and channels are firstly ensured.

Abstract: The present application discloses a cellular network access method and apparatus. An embodiment of the cellular network access method for a base station comprises: receiving, from a pair of D2D devices, a result of a spectrum detection which indicates a load level of a detected spectrum; selecting a cellular communication mode or a D2D communication mode based on the received result of the spectrum detection; and notifying the pair of D2D devices of the selected mode. Through dynamic switching between the cellular communication mode and the D2D communication mode, it is possible to make full use of the available spectrum, thereby increasing the throughput of the system.

A number of bits of the HARQ-ACK feedback information of each CC is determined according to the number of the downlink subframes.
