Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present disclosure may comprise a processor set to: request a web page including a plurality of types of content through a communication module, a display, a speaker, and a communication module to a web server; receive content including the web page from the web server; analyze the type of content included in the web page; determine at least one usable content output mode from among an image mode, a video mode, and a sound mode, on the basis of the type of content; and when one from among the at least one usable content output mode is selected, outputting a portion of the types of content from among the received content according to the selected content output mode. The electronic device includes a display configured to output an image, a transceiver configured to establish a plurality of channels with an external electronic device, and a processor configured to classify a virtual three dimensional (3D) projection space around the electronic device into a plurality of regions, link each of the plurality of regions with one of the plurality of channels, receive image data over the channel linked to each of the plurality of regions via the transceiver from the external electronic device, and output a streaming image on the display based on the image data.
