摘要: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for an iterative disambiguation interface. A system practicing the method receives a search query formatted according to a standard XML markup language for containing and annotating interpretations of user input, the search query being based on a natural language spoken query from a user and retrieves search results based on the search query. The system transmits the search results to a user device and iteratively receives multimodal input from the user to change search attributes and transmits updated search results to the user device based on the changed search attributes. The search results can include a link to additional information, such as a video presentation, related to the search results. The standard XML markup language can be Extensible MultiModal Annotation (EMMA) markup language from W3C. The system can generate an iteration transaction history for each multimodal input and updated search result.

摘要: Computational models of dialog context have often focused on unimodal spoken dialog or text, using the language itself as the primary locus of contextual information. But as spoken unimodal interaction is replaced by situated multimodal interaction on mobile platforms supporting a combination of spoken dialog with graphical interaction, touch-screen input, geolocation, and other non-linguistic contextual factors, a need arises for more sophisticated models of context that capture the influence of these factors on semantic interpretation and dialog flow. The systems, methods, and computer program products disclosed herein address this need. A method for multimodal search includes, in part, determining an intended location of search query based upon information received from a remote mobile device that issued the search query.

摘要: In one or more embodiments, one or more methods and/or systems described can perform producing a lattice of object hypotheses based on multiple reference objects from image information; receiving input speech information that includes a request for information associated with at least one reference object of the multiple reference objects; producing a lattice of speech hypotheses based on at least a first possible description included in the speech information; producing a lattice of scored semantic hypotheses based on at least the lattice of object hypotheses and the lattice of speech hypotheses; determining that a single semantic interpretation score of the lattice of scored semantic hypotheses exceeds a predetermined value; and providing requested information associated with the at least the first reference object of the plurality of reference objects.

摘要: A method is provided for reducing the number of writes in a non-volatile memory (122). The method involves writing data in the non-volatile memory and determining a set of data from the data in the non-volatile memory to be written to a removable memory (126) that is operatively coupled to the non-volatile memory (e.g., a NAND memory). The method also involves writing the set of data to the removable memory (e.g., a hard disk) from the non-volatile memory. The method further involves writing a delineation marker (e.g., a sequence number) to the non-volatile memory specifying that the set of data has been written to the removable memory. Notably, the metadata of the data in the non-volatile memory comprises at least one marker set as a specific marker type (e.g., a valid marker and a dirty marker).

摘要: A merchandise display hook includes a display rod and a locking base pivotally attached to the display rod for locking the display hook on a display support. The locking base is configured to pivot relative to the display rod inwardly towards the display support from an unlocked position to a locked position and outwardly from the display support from the locked position to the unlocked position. The display hook includes a first attachment member configured to engage a front surface of the display support and a second attachment member configured to engage a rear surface of the display support. The locking base defines a contact surface configured to engage the front surface of the display support in the locked position. When the locking base is in the locked position, the locking base and the display rod define a first angle therebetween. When the locking base is in the unlocked position, the locking base and the display rod define a second angle therebetween that is less than the first angle.

摘要: Systems and methods to control media are disclosed. A particular method includes receiving a speech input at a mobile communications device. The speech input is processed to generate audio data. The audio data is sent, via a mobile data network, to a first server. The first server processes the audio data to generate text based on the audio data. Data related to the text is received from the first server. One or more commands are sent to a second server via the mobile data network. In response to the one or more commands, the second server sends control signals based on the one or more commands to a media controller. The control signals cause the media controller to control multimedia content displayed via a display device.

摘要: There are serious concerns about the links between; terrorism, crime and money laundering that various Money Laundering Directives have come into being as well as other pieces of legislation. The outcome of investigating a SAR/Consent can be; seizure of assets, individuals being arrested, companies being subject to legal proceedings etc . . . Once the System has one or more SARs; then these SARs must be prioritised and worked to completion in a timely fashion. This present invention is a system and product to allow submitted SARs to be prioritised and worked to completion in a timely fashion using many different types of criteria. The system caters for the broad SAR user community; SAR Reporters such as Financial Service Providers (FSP), the Fraudulent Information gathering and coordinating Unit (FIU), law enforcement and other agencies. This user community may be using the system in a centralised or in a federated fashion or a combination of both.

摘要: An axle assembly serves as a primary structural member for a motor vehicle and comprises an axle tube having a first end and a second end and with an opening located near the first end and a mounting module formed as a unitary extension of the axle tube. At least one steel insert is positioned near the first end, and the steel insert is adapted to be welded to a differential carrier to secure the axle tube to the differential carrier. The axle assembly may also have an axle tube formed unitary with the differential carrier.
