摘要: The invention relates to a cycle hub assembly and a method of producing such cycle hub assembly. The cycle hub assembly includes a wheel hub and a plurality of spoke mounting elements. The spoke mounting elements are present in two axially spaced rows positioned around the circumference of the wheel hub. Each spoke mounting element includes at least one spoke mounting hole for receiving at least part of at least one spoke. At least two adjacent spoke mounting elements are interconnected in an efficient manner such that an optimal design of the cycle hub assembly is obtained.

The automobile rim is produced in one piece and continuously in a casting mold by die casting of a casting material, wherein the automobile rim has, at least in some areas, a low wall thickness not exceeding 15 mm.

The coarse grain region includes aluminum alloy grains of a first average grain length that is greater than 1 mm. The fine grain region extends between the coarse grain region and the other of the inner mounting face or the outer mounting face. The fine grain region includes aluminum alloy grains of a second average grain length that is less than 0.5 mm.

摘要: An aircraft wheel rim includes a main portion and a removable portion. The main portion includes a hub and a disk extending between the hub and an annular outer portion that receives a tire and is shaped to form a rim one of its sides of the annular outer portion. A second side of the annular outer portion is shaped to receive the removable portion, which forms a second flange on the second side of the annular outer portion after a tire has been put into place. The rim further includes a blocking device that limits rotation of the removable portion relative to the main portion. The blocking element include at least one key having a head engaged in a matching receptacle in the removable portion and a root engaging a steel peg that is shrink fitted in the main portion.

摘要: Forward movement of a bicycle results when force is transfer from the chain or belt to a sprocket on a cassette. The cassette is splined to the cassette driver and causes the wheel of the bike to rotate when torque is applied from the cassette to the cassette driver. The cassette driver is typically made of a strong hard material such as steel to withstand the forces in parted thereon by the cassette. The present disclosure provide a hub configuration and method that enables the cassette driver to be made with construction of a lighter weight material such as aluminum yet still withstand the toque applied thereto.
