Abstract: A lens driving device is provided, including a base, a holder, a first driving mechanism disposed on the first side of the base, a second driving mechanism disposed on the second side of the base opposite the first side, and a conductive member disposed on the base. The holder is configured to sustain a lens. The first driving mechanism is configured to force the holder to move along the optical axis of the lens. The second driving mechanism includes a circuit board assembly and a shape memory alloy (SMA) wire assembly configured to force the base to move in the plane perpendicular to the optical axis. The conductive member and the circuit board assembly are connected at an electrical connection point, and the SMA wire assembly is closer to the light-incident end of the lens with respect to the electrical connection point.

The second surface faces the optical member holder and is opposite to the first surface. The opening extends from the first surface to the second surface. The suspension wire extends through the opening, and the opposite ends of the suspension wire are respectively affixed to the first surface and the moving mechanism.

The image sensor is disposed to correspond to the optical member, and the optical axis passes through the image sensor.

Abstract: A camera system is provided and includes a lens module, a photosensitive module and a fixed frame. The lens module includes a first lens and a lens barrel. The lens barrel is for accommodating the first lens. The photosensitive module includes a photosensitive element and a base. The photosensitive element corresponds to the lens module, and the photosensitive element is disposed on the base. The lens module and the photosensitive module are disposed on the fixed frame, and the lens barrel is made of a material with a thermal expansion coefficient less than 50 (10−6/K @ 20° C.).

The magnetic element corresponds to the driving coil and is configured to generate an electromagnetic driving force to drive the optical member holder to move relative to the base. The driving coil and the electrical circuit are integrally formed in the circuit board. The driving coil partially overlaps the electrical circuit when viewed along a direction perpendicular to an optical axis of the optical member.
