    摘要: There is provided mechanisms for mitigating interference in a communications network. A method is performed by a network node. The method comprises obtaining a packet. The packet has been wirelessly received in an uplink direction by a transmission and reception point of the network node and from a packet sender. The packet is indicative of scheduled transmission of a further packet within a predefined time interval from the transmission and reception point has wirelessly received the packet. The method comprises determining beamforming weights such that interference caused by transmission from the transmission and reception point of the network node in a downlink direction being reversed to the uplink direction is less than a threshold interference value. The method comprises initiating transmission in at least one beam using the determined beamforming weights. The beamforming weights are used for the transmission at least within the predefined time interval.

    摘要: A wireless communications system and a method for frequency multiplexing a first (LAA) OFDMA transmission and a second (Wi-Fi) OFDMA transmission on a shared radio channel spanning at least partly a common bandwidth. The system determines an unallocated frequency band available beside a first frequency band intended for a first transmission and sends a sharing request comprising information about the unallocated band. The system decides to use the unallocated band in a second frequency band in the shared channel. The system sends a legacy preamble and a first part of a Wi-Fi preamble spanning the shared channel. The first transmission is sent in the first band such that an end time point of the first part of the Wi-Fi preamble coincides with a start time point of the first transmission. Further, the system sends a second part of the Wi-Fi preamble and the second transmission in the second band.

    摘要: Determining timing of an OFDM signal comprises performing (610) an auto-correlation with a received signal, using a delay chosen to correspond to the duration of an OFDM symbol excluding the cyclic prefix, with the number of terms used in the summation in the correlation is at least as large as the smallest number of samples in any cyclic prefix of a subframe. Based on the auto-correlation, first and second correlation peaks meeting one or more predetermined detection criteria are detected (620), and evaluated to determine (630) that they are separated in time by an interval corresponding to an OFDM symbol interval. The method further comprises identifying (640), based on the two correlation peaks, one of the correlation peaks as corresponding to an OFDM symbol having a larger cyclic prefix than an adjacent OFDM symbol, and determining (650) a subframe and/or slot timing for the received signal, based on said identifying.

    摘要: There is provided a method for time synchronization of stations (STAs) in a wireless local area network. An access point (AP) transmits a request to at least two STAs for the at least two STAs to transmit a response to the AP, the request indicating which frequency sub-band each of the at least two STAs is to use for transmitting the response. Responses to the request are received from the at least two STAs, wherein each of the responses comprises orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) symbols. For each of the at least two STAs, a time delay is determined based on the responses. Then, control signalling is transmitted to the at least two STAs, the control signalling comprising time alignment commands for the at least two STAs, wherein each time alignment command is based on the time delay for one of the at least two STAs.

    摘要: Embodiments include methods for an access point to schedule wireless communication devices. Such methods include performing link adaptation by assigning respective modulation and coding schemes (MCS) for the wireless communication devices. Each assigned MCS is associated with a corresponding power back-off. Such methods include scheduling the wireless communication devices on transmission resources based on assignment of the wireless communications devices into two or more groups. Each group is scheduled on different transmission resources than used to schedule other groups. First wireless communication devices assigned a first MCS and a first power back-off are assigned to a first group. Second wireless communications devices assigned a second MCS and a second power back-off, and that meet a grouping criterion associated with the first power back-off, are assigned to the first group until a maximum size for the first group is reached. Other embodiments include access points configured to perform such methods.

    摘要: Systems and methods for efficient use of unlicensed spectrum are disclosed. In some embodiments, a method performed by a transmitter comprises performing a Listen-Before-Talk (LBT) procedure for a channels within a transmit bandwidth of the transmit node, where the transmit bandwidth is divided into a bandwidth parts that correspond to the channels. The method further comprises transmitting a transmission in a subset of the bandwidth parts that correspond to a subset of the channels determined, based on a result of the LBT procedure, to be available. Transmitting the transmission comprises transmitting the transmission in accordance with a transmit scheme that uses carrier aggregation and/or carrier merging to transmit the transmission on the subset of the bandwidth parts and uses resources in one or more guard bands between two or more adjacent bandwidth parts from among the subset of the bandwidth parts.
