    摘要: An organic electroluminescent device 10 has an anode 14, a cathode 18 disposed facing the anode, and an organic layer 16 that is sandwiched between the anode and the cathode and that includes at least a light emitting layer, wherein the light emitting layer includes a light emitting material having electron transportability, a host material having hole transportability and an electrically inert material, and the concentration of the light emitting material having electron transportability gradually decreases from the cathode side toward the anode side. Preferably, the concentration of the electrically inert material also gradually decreases from the cathode side toward the anode side.

    摘要: A display device 10 including a supporting substrate 12, pixels arranged over the supporting substrate, and a member which is arranged on the light extraction side of a defective pixel 22b, the defective pixel being in a constantly non-lit state, the member being imparted with a light scattering property by the selective application of external energy. Preferably, disposed is a thermosensitive layer 24 which changes from a transparent state to a light scattering state when the layer is heated to a specified temperature or higher. An examination is performed for specifying the constantly non-lit defective pixel from among the pixels arranged over the supporting substrate. An external energy is selectively applied to at least one member arranged on the light extraction side of the defective pixel specified by the examination, thereby imparting the light scattering property to the member.

    摘要: A tablet cassette in which the tablet is not discharged during an operation to mount and dismount the tablet cassette is provided. In a tablet cassette 1 for containing a number of tablets T, the tablet cassette 1 incorporates a rotor 6 having pocket portions 7 for holding the tablets T. When the tablet cassette 1 is mounted on a mount base 2, rotation of the rotor 6 causes the tablets T held in the pocket portions 7 to be discharged though a discharge port 8.
