Abstract:
A device for transporting vehicle bodies, on which standardized holding components are provided. A guide device is provided for at least one continuous drive train which having a driving side and a slack side, and having a first return element and at least one second return element around which the at least one continuous drive train circulates. The at least one continuous drive train supports a plurality of coupling elements which are arranged and aligned in such a manner that they can work together with the standardized holding components provided on the vehicle body.
Abstract:
A system for dip coating articles, in particular vehicle bodies, which articles can be moved to at least one dip tank and away from it with the aid of a transport system. For being lowered into and raised out of the tank, they are placed onto a rotating platform of at least one stationary rotating station and are dipped into the treatment liquid and removed from it by rotation of the rotating platform. Each article is fastened with the aid of a fastening device on a skid which interacts with the transport system. The fastening device is configured such that the article fastened to the fastening device is at a smaller spacing from the rotating platform in the removed position than in the second, dipped position.
Abstract:
An overhead conveyor system for transporting articles, especially for transporting vehicle bodies, in a surface treatment line comprises at least one transport carriage which has a fastening device to which at least one article can be fastened. The transport carriage can be displaced along a track carrying it by at least one drive means. The fastening device is received so that it can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation. The invention further relates to a dip coating line comprising at least one dip-coating tank which can be filled with a treatment liquid, into which tank articles to be treated can be dipped. The dip coating line comprises a conveying system which displaces the articles to be treated towards the dip-coating tank, into the interior of the dip-coating tank, out of the dip-coating tank and away therefrom.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an immersion treatment system, particularly an electrophoretic immersion coating system, comprising at least one immersion basin in a known manner that can be filled with a treatment fluid. A transport system guides the objects to be coated to the immersion basin, into the interior of the immersion basin, out of the immersion basin, and away therefrom. It comprises at least one transport car whereon a vertically displaceable carriage is disposed. A component defining a rotary axis is supported on the same, supporting a mounting device for the object to be treated. A motion sequence for the object can be achieved in said manner, comprising a superposition of a horizontal linear motion, a vertical linear motion, and a rotary motion about the rotary axis.
Abstract:
A surface treatment installation, in particular for the treatment of vehicle bodies, comprises a lifting station (24, 25) for vertically displacing an object (12). The lifting station has a stationary supporting structure (34) with two vertical guiding uprights (26, 28), and a lifting slide (40) which is supported on the supporting structure (34) via guiding rollers (64, 66, 68, 70) bearing against the guiding uprights (26, 28) at least at two points. The lifting station further has a loading arm (54) which is fastened to the lifting slide (40) and serves for receiving the object (12). According to the invention, it is provided that at least one guiding roller (64, 66, 68, 70; 64a; 64b; 64c; 64d; 66d) has a non-cylindrical shape in order to obtain a guiding direction different from a radial direction. This enables a vertical guidance of the lifting slide (40) with fewer guiding rollers.
