摘要： A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: a positive electrode sheet comprising a positive electrode mixture containing a lithium-containing transition metal oxide as an active material and a particulate binder; a negative electrode sheet comprising a negative electrode mixture containing a carbon material; a separator interposed between the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet; and a non-aqueous electrolyte containing a lithium salt, wherein the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet are wound with the separator interposed therebetween to form an electrode assembly, and the positive electrode mixture has an active material density of 3.0 to 4.0 g/ml. The battery has a long life, high energy density and high output.

摘要： A nonaqueous secondary battery includes a negative electrode plate 303 containing a negative electrode active material 324 capable of reversely inserting and extracting lithium, a positive electrode plate 301 containing lithium as a positive electrode active material 322, an electrolyte, a porous protective membrane 325 provided between the negative electrode plate 303 and the positive electrode plate 301 and permeable to lithium ions while having heat resistance, and a concave portion 352 in which growth of deposited metal, which is formed according to a set voltage Vs, is controlled in such a manner that the deposited metal is bridged between the negative electrode plate 303 and the positive electrode plate 301 when the set voltage Vs is applied between the negative electrode plate 303 and the positive electrode plate 301.

In preparing the slurry, the thickener D in a powder state, the active material A and the conductive material B are kneaded together with the liquid component E, and then the primary kneaded matter, the binder C, and an additional liquid component are kneaded.
