摘要： An image forming apparatus includes: an operation unit; an image forming unit; a control unit making the image forming unit perform an image formation; a data acquisition unit obtaining an image formation object data; a data conversion unit converting the image formation object data to an image formation format data; and a plurality of memory regions storing the image formation format data, wherein when the data acquisition unit obtains the image formation object data, the control unit makes the data conversion unit convert the image formation object data to the image formation format data, makes each of the plurality of memory regions store each of the image formation format data, and, when the operation unit receives an image formation instruction, makes the image forming unit perform an image formation, in a predetermined order, of the image formation format data stored in the plurality of memory regions.

摘要： A mobile printing system includes a cloud server apparatus, a mobile terminal device, a device management server apparatus, a print-control device, and an image forming apparatus. The cloud server apparatus stores a document data file. The mobile terminal device includes a wireless communication interface, and a short-range communication interface of which the maximum communicable distance is shorter than that of the wireless communication interface, and transmits the document data file with its device ID to the cloud server apparatus. The device management server apparatus receives the document data file in association with the device ID, and converts the document data file to print data and stores it. The print-control device detects the mobile terminal device using a short-range communication interface, and receives its device ID, and receives the print data from the document management server apparatus, and transmits the print data to the image forming apparatus for printing.

摘要： An automatic document feeder includes a document delivery belt for conveying a document, a pulse output switch for supplying pulses in synchronism with driving of the belt, and a counter for counting the number of the pulses supplied. The extent that the delivery belt is driven is roughly controlled on the basis of the number of pulses supplied from the pulse output switch. After a predetermined number of pulses have been provided, the driving of the delivery belt is controlled according to time. According to the time control, the delivery belt is driven for a constant time period. The number of the pulses supplied during this constant time period is counted. If the counted value is different from a predetermined reference value, the delivery belt is driven until the counted value reaches the reference value. The delivery belt is thus controlled to accurately set the document in a predetermined position.

When the user authentication information is determined to be valid, the server apparatus transmits to the MFP one or more among the stored image output data associated with the user authentication information.

摘要： An image forming device is disclosed which prevents the user from abandoning printed matter in a paper discharge tray when printing is executed by transmitting a print command from a terminal. The image forming device includes an identification unit, a determination unit, a decision unit, and a processing unit. The identification unit identifies a user who has transmitted a print command from a terminal. The determination unit determines whether or not printed matter produced based on a previous print command has been abandoned in the paper discharge tray. The decision unit sets a restriction on the execution of the print command transmitted by the user identified by means of the identification unit, based on the determination results from the determination unit. The processing unit processes the print command in accordance with the restriction set by the decision unit when the print command is transmitted from the terminal.
