    摘要: A protective packaging for protecting an LED module from being damaged during transportation, includes a housing containing the LED module therein and a cover slidably fixed in the housing to cover a top opening of the housing. The housing defines a room to receive the LED module therein. A bottom portion of the housing is concaved to form a space, in which a thermal interface material bonded on the LED module is accommodated. An end of the housing is closed to abut against an end of the cover, and an opposite end of the housing is partially opened to receive an opposite end of the cover. The protective packaging is made from an antistatic plastic and has a wall thickness larger than 0.5 mm.

The AC-DC converter is mounted on the base near the LED module. Heat generated by the LED module and heat-generating components of the AC-DC converter is transferred to the base from which the heat is dissipated by the heat dissipation apparatus. Heat pipes are embedded in the base of the heat dissipation apparatus.

    摘要: An LED lamp includes a hollow, prism-shaped heat sink (30), a plurality of LED modules (20) attached on sidewalls (320) of the heat sink, a cover (40) mounted on a top of the heat sink, a lampshade (10) secured to a bottom of the heat sink, and a fan (50) fixed on the top of the heat sink and through the cover. A plurality of fins (340) extends inwardly from inner faces of the heat sink to cooperatively define two crossed slots in the heat sink. When the fan is in operation, an airflow produced by the fan flows through the fins from the top through the bottom of the heat sink, thereby dissipating heat absorbed by the heat sink from the LED modules rapidly and efficiently.

    摘要: An LED lamp includes a heat absorbing member having a hollow, cylindrical configuration, a lamp base, a plurality of LED modules and a heat sink. The heat absorbing member defines a through hole therein. The heat sink is secured to a top portion of the heat absorbing member. The lamp base is secured to a bottom portion of the heat absorbing member. The LED modules are mounted on an outer sidewall of the heat absorbing member, and each of the LED modules includes a printed circuit board and a plurality of LEDs mounted on the printed circuit board. Each of the heat pipes has an evaporating portion received in an inner sidewall of the heat absorbing member and a condensing portion connecting with the heat sink. The condensing portions of the heat pipes are radially arranged on the heat sink, radiating outwardly from a central point of the heat sink.

    摘要: An LED lamp includes a top cover, a heat sink, and a conducting member, a plurality of light bars and a light cover. The top cover has a plate and a head extending upwardly from a centre of the plate. The heat sink has a conducting tube coupled to the plate of the top cover and a plurality of fins extending outwardly from the conducting tube. The conducting member is received in and thermally contacts with the conducting tube, and has a top surface attached to the plate and an inner surface on which the plurality of light bars are mounted. The inner surface is oriented downwardly and concaved from a bottom of the conducting member. Each light bar has a printed circuit board and a plurality of LEDs thereon.

The fixing bracket includes a bottom plate attached on the top surface of the base, a top plate on which the LED module is attached and a connecting plate interconnecting the bottom plate with the top plate. The heat pipes thermally connect the bottom plate and the heat sink with the top plate.

    摘要: A miniature liquid cooling device includes a casing (10) having a base (16) attached on a heat-generating electronic component for absorbing heat generated by the electronic component. The casing includes an outer wall (12) mounted on the base and a top cover (15) mounted on the outer wall. A receiving space is enclosed by the casing. A heat-absorbing member (40) is attached on the base and received in the receiving space for exchanging heat with liquid in the casing. An impeller (21) is rotatably mounted in the receiving space and above the heat-absorbing member. When the impeller rotates the liquid is driven to flow into the liquid cooling device via a liquid inlet (122) and then flow through the heat-absorbing member and finally flow out of the liquid cooling device via a liquid outlet (124).

    摘要: A liquid cooling device includes a base, a housing and a heat exchanger. The base and the housing enclose a chamber which receives the heat exchanger therein. Inlet and outlet for liquid are provided at the housing. The heat exchanger includes stacked flakes. Each flake includes parallel and alternately arranged first and second strips each having a void defined therein. The flakes are stacked in a manner such that each first strip overlays and abuts against a corresponding second strip of an adjacent flake and that the void in each first strip and the void in the corresponding second strip of the adjacent flake are in fluid communication with each other to thereby form a channel between the inlet and the outlet.
