    摘要: A LOCOS isolation film is formed on a major surface of a semiconductor substrate. Thereafter, a new surface of the semiconductor substrate is exposed by wet etching. A resist pattern is formed on the exposed new surface. A part of the LOCOS isolation film is removed using this resist pattern, to expose the surface of the semiconductor substrate. This unsymmetrical LOCOS isolation film increases the effective area of the surface of the semiconductor substrate and preserves predetermined dielectric resistance.

    摘要: A cap with valve of the invention is provided with a negative pressure valve at a fluid entering flow path in a closure installed to an aperture of a container, so that fluid flows into the container from outside when pressure in the container is decreased, thereby decrease of the pressure in the container is prevented. A filter cloth is arranged to the fluid entering flow path at the front side of the negative pressure valve and swells to the fluid entering side so as to cover the flow path.

    摘要: The invention relates to a FRP leaf spring suspension for an automobile including a FRP leaf spring body interposed between a hat-shaped retainer having flanges at its free ends and a U bolt seat having opposed flanges through a rubber pad at its longitudinally central portion. The FRP leaf spring body is fixed through a spring seat to an axle housing by a U bolt passing through mating holes formed in flanges of the retainer and the U bolt seat. A reinforcing fiber impregnated with resin is wound around a central portion of the FRP leaf spring body and is fixed thereto to form unevenness on a surface of the FRP leaf spring body, thereby distributing frictional force between the FRP leaf spring body and the rubber pad uniformly on the frictional contact surface of the FRP leaf spring body, and preventing stress concentration from being generated in the FRP leaf spring body. In another mode, there are formed each unevenness on an upper and a lower surface of the central portion of the FRP leaf spring body, a lower surface of the retainer, and an upper surface of the U bolt seat, thereby preventing stress concentration from being generated in the FRP leaf spring body.

    摘要: A code converter circuit in a digital transmission system in which two mutually-synchronized digital signals are transmitted through a pair of transmission paths is disclosed. The transmission paths are characterized by the possibility of the terminal-to-terminal correspondence between input and output sides of the transmission paths being reversed. The code converter circuit includes an encoder on the input side of the transmission paths and a decoder on the output side of the transmission paths. The encoder comprises a modulo-2 adder and a switching circuit for selectively switching the input digital signals or the adder output signals to the transmission paths. The decoder comprises a modulo-2 subtractor and a switching circuit for selectively switching the digital signals from the transmission paths or the subtractor output signals to reproduce the transmitted digital signals.
