摘要： A shape measuring system reduced in size and cost and high in the light utilization efficiency, as well as a shape measuring method, are disclosed which can measure the distance up to an object accurately without being influenced by external conditions such as a change in reflectance of the surface of the object. A semiconductor laser emits an intensity-modulated illumination light. A plane sensor detects a combined light of both a reflected light from an object and a reference light and outputs a composite light detection signal. The semiconductor laser also emits an illumination light which is a stationary light not intensity-modulated. At this time, a shutter is closed. The plane sensor detects the reflected light from the object and outputs a detection signal thereof. For the composite light detection signal a distance calculator makes correction for eliminating the influence of reflectance of the object on the basis of a detection signal of a reflected stationary light and thereafter calculates the distance up to the object on the basis of the composite light detection signal after the correction.

A part of the heat rays output from the heater is radiated onto a part of a structure constituting the contact unit to raise a temperature of the member.

摘要： A rotational power transfer device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The rotational power transfer device includes a first rotary member and a second rotary member. The first rotary member has an inner periphery formed with a solid lubricating layer composed of a chemical film and molybdenum disulfide. The second rotary member has an outer cylindrical periphery applied with a layer of grease including a mixture of oil with a higher frictional coefficient than that of lubricating oil and molybdenum disulfide. The second rotary member is press fitted to the first rotary member to allow the outer cylindrical periphery thereof to be placed in face-to-face relation to the inner cylindrical periphery of the first rotary member, enabling a rotational power in excess to be stably absorbed without causing any increase in the rotational power at which the slippage occurs.

Such solid acylalanines and salts thereof are superior in solubility, and are free of moisture absorption or caking during preservation and agglomeration on dissolution in water. Powder or granular cleansing compositions containing such a solid N-acylalanine or salt thereof as a main component (main cleansing component) afford cleansing agents which exhibit extremely excellent properties, are free from caking during preservation and coagulation in practical use, are superior in the basic performance of cleansing agents (lather characteristics), are free of slimyness and friction during use, and are safe with less irritation.
