Abstract: Several embodiments of the present invention are described for a media data processing method, apparatus and system. An example method comprises: obtaining an optical signal of a sampling point by a collection device at the source end in an acquisition of media data; according to an opto-electronic transfer control parameter, performing opto-electronic transfer for the optical signal of the sampling point to obtain a transferred electrical signal, wherein the opto-electronic transfer control parameter is determined on the basis of an optical signal intensity of the optical signal of the sampling point; and encoding the electrical signal and opto-electronic transfer control parameter to obtain a bitstream. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the problem of the lower accuracy in the media data processing is solved, thereby obtaining the effect of improving the accuracy in the media data processing.

Abstract: Provided is a method for encoding parameter sets at slice level. The method includes: when there are one or more parameter sets, in which the coding tool parameters are identical to the coding tool parameters of a part of coding tools used for the current slice, in the existing parameter sets, encoding the identifiers of parameter sets into bit-stream of the current slice, wherein a parameter set contains common information of the coding tools used in the process of encoding/decoding slice(s). Correspondingly, also provided is a method for decoding parameter sets at slice level and a device for encoding and decoding parameter sets at slice level, which can make full use of the encoded parameter set information when the slice header refers to a plurality of parameter sets, implement flexible configuration of the coding tools used in the process of encoding/decoding slice(s) and reduce information redundancy.

In the coding method, a scanning manner parameter of a coding block is determined, and the scanning manner parameter may include at least one of: a region indication parameter used for determining a scanning region of the coding block and a scanning indication parameter used for determining a scanning order of pixels in a scanning region of the coding block; predicted values of part or all of pixels in the coding block are determined according to the scanning manner parameter; and the coding block is coded according to the predicted values, and a coding result is written into a bitstream.

Abstract: Provided are methods and devices for encoding and decoding using parameter sets, and electronic equipment. Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for decoding a Picture Order Count (POC), and a method and a device for coding a POC, and electronic equipment. The method for decoding the POC includes that: parameters for Most Significant Bit (MSB) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) used in an alignment operation on the POC are acquired; an MSB value and an LSB value of a POC value of a current picture are determined according to the parameters for MSB and LSB; and the POC value of the current picture is calculated according to the MSB value and the LSB value. By means of the technical solution, the problems in the related art that the accuracy in decoding and outputting a multilayer video bitstream cannot be ensured and an extra overhead of network resources is increased in multilayer video coding and decoding processes are solved.
