摘要: A cable connector includes a case, a fastener and an unlocking member. At least one side of the case has a texture area with a guide surface which is a smooth surface. The fastener is attached on the case and extended with a flexible arm. Part of the flexible arm is attached to the guide surface. The unlocking member includes a handle and a pushing block connected to the handle. The pushing block is sandwiched between the case and the flexible arm. When the unlocking member is pulled, the pushing block moves along the guide surface to separate the flexible arm from the case. When the unlocking member is released, the pushing block is pressed by the flexible arm to slide and return along the guide surface. The pushing block may return to original position without elasticity of a spring to simplify the structure and save the costs.

The plurality of heat sinks is arranged on the top surface of the housing, the hollow stage is arranged toward the docking end and the plurality of heat sinks are arranged toward the butting end.

摘要: A coupling method of an optical module is provided. A circuit board with a light emitting element emitting an output light and an output lens are provided. The light emitting element is covered by the output lens. The output lens is connected to an output meter. The output lens and the circuit board are moved relatively. An intensity of the output light is measured by the output meter. An output qualified region is defined based on a region where the output lens is located when the intensity of the output light is greater than an output requirement. The aforementioned steps are repeated for a predetermined number of times. The output lens and the circuit board are moved relatively in an intersection area of the output qualified regions. The output lens is fixed on the circuit board when the intensity of the output light is greater than the output requirement.

摘要: A waterproof electric connector module includes an insulated housing, an electric connector, a blocking plate, and a sealed structure. The insulated housing is formed in an elongated shape. A front entry and a rear entry are individually formed on two end sides of the insulated housing and disposed aligned with each other. A side opening is formed on a side of the insulated housing and communicates with the rear entry. The electric connector is disposed in the insulated housing and has a plurality of terminals which extend and protrude from the side opening. The blocking plate blocks the rear entry. The sealed structure fills and seals the side opening. The terminals individually penetrate through the sealed structure. The waterproof housing can be sealed through the blocking plate and the sealed structure.
