    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a blow molding device, a blow molding method, a mold unit, and a jig capable of shortening a molding cycle time. There is provided a blow molding device (100), in which the blow molding device (100) includes an injection molding part (10) injection-molding a preform (1) having a neck portion (3) on an open side and a main body portion (2) on a closed side, a temperature adjustment part (20, 520) adjusting a temperature of the preform (1) molded by the injection molding part (10), and a blow molding part (30) blow-molding the preform (1) whose temperature has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment part (20, 520), and the temperature adjustment part (20, 520) include a conditioning core mold (21, 321, 421, 521) that is in contact with substantially an entire inner surface of the main body portion (2) and a conditioning cavity mold (22, 322, 422, 522) that is in contact with substantially an entire outer surface of the main body portion (2), and compress and deform the main body portion (2) of the preform (1) into a desired shape with the main body portion (2) sandwiched between the conditioning core mold (21, 321, 421, 521) and the conditioning cavity mold (22, 322, 422, 522).

    Abstract: A bottom section has a ground contact section which is provided at the outer periphery of a body section, and a raised bottom section which is provided inside the ground contact section.     Abstract: A temperature adjustment device and a temperature adjustment method for a preform in a blow molding device with which it is possible to reduce a molding cycle time is provided. A temperature adjustment device for a preform in which a hollow rod member is inserted into an injection-molded, bottomed preform retained by a retention member, and a first air circulation path is formed between the preform and the hollow rod member to adjust the temperature of the preform. The temperature adjustment device is characterized in that a flow path adjustment member is fitted and attached to the outer periphery of the hollow rod member, whereby the cross-sectional area of the first air circulation path is partially adjusted and changed.

    Abstract: In a manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container which includes an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part, and a blow molding part configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part, the preform is carried into the temperature adjustment part before an outer surface temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part becomes higher than an inner surface temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part, and the preform is cooled to be lowered within a range equal to or higher than 10° C. and equal to or lower than 50° C. in the temperature adjustment part.

    Abstract: There is provided a resin container including an upper surface portion, a side surface portion connected to the upper surface portion, and a bottom surface portion disposed on a side opposite to the upper surface portion and connected to the side surface portion. A round corner surface portion is formed to the side surface portion. A first folding deformation inducing portion is formed on the round corner surface portion. When the container is viewed from a side surface portion side such that a central axis of the container and the round corner surface portion overlap with each other, the first folding deformation inducing portion is oblique with respect to the central axis.

The blow molding unit includes: a blow mold; a movement unit capable of moving the blow mold relative to the support part; one mold opening and closing mechanism; and a pair of mold opening and closing plates connected to the mold opening and closing mechanism. The moving unit is configured to move the blow mold in a non-coupling state to a position between the pair of mold opening and closing plates, the blow mold in the non-coupling state being not coupled to the pair of mold opening and closing plates and not located between the pair of mold opening and closing plates.
