    Abstract: A method for forming plastic preforms into plastic bottles has a first and a second operating mode, wherein the respective operating modes being selectively chosen by an operator as required. In in the first operating mode, i.e. a quality mode, a connection is established between a valve block and a pressure reservoir of the second pressure level in only one direction, from a valve block towards the pressure reservoir, i.e. a compressed air recycling mode, and in a second operating mode, i.e. an efficiency approach, a connection is established between the valve block and the pressure reservoir of the second pressure level in both directions, i.e. from the valve block towards the pressure reservoir and from the pressure reservoir towards the valve block.

    Abstract: One purpose of the present invention is to provide a mold unit which is capable of achieving improvements in both energy efficiency and heat resistance performance; a blow molding apparatus; and a blow molding method. The present invention is provided with: a first mold part for performing a first step in which a preform is subjected to heat-set blowing at a first temperature; and a second metal mold part for performing a second step in which an intermediate molded body blow molded as a result of the heat-set blowing is blow molded at a second temperature lower than the first temperature, to produce a container. The first mold part and the second mold part are disposed adjacently to each other.

    Abstract: A supporting assembly for a hollow tank body includes a supporting body (2) and supporting ends (1) provided at two ends of the supporting body. The supporting ends are provided with stepped transition assemblies (4) connected to the supporting body. The supporting body is configured with a hollow structure. The supporting body includes a supporting main body (5) and a base (6). The supporting main body is configured with a cylindrical structure or a cylindrical structure with a corrugated structure in the middle. With this structure, the deformation of the hollow tank body under the relatively high overpressure and the low negative pressure can be avoided, and the shape stability of the whole product can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the supporting structure needs less material, and has a light weight and lowered cost.

    Abstract: A device for controlling a blow-molding machine for producing a thermoplastic container, wherein a blowing gas for blow-molding the container is introduced into a thermally conditioned preform, while the preform is held in a blow mold of the blow-molding machine. The blowing gas is introduced during a preblowing phase into the preform so that the temperature-conditioned material of the preform approaches the walls of the blow mold. The blowing gas is introduced during a following finish-blowing phase into the preform so that the temperature-conditioned material of the preform is pressed into the contours of the blow mold walls. The volumetric flow rate of the blowing gas is determined at least during the preblowing phase by an adjustable flow-control valve that can be controlled by a control unit that generates a control signal for adjusting the flow-control valve. The flow-control valve is adjusted as a function of the control signal.

    Abstract: A method and machine for blow-moulding containers, the method involves selecting at least one characteristic point of the pressure in the container; for each selected point, defining a triggering criterion, and a pre-defined value thereof; during a production and data acquisition cycle, measuring the pressure in the container; for each selected point, defining a setpoint time for triggering, in the subsequent production cycle, the switch to the sub-phase after the characteristic point, such that: if the actual value of the criterion is ≤ to the pre-defined value, the setpoint time is the time at which the criterion has assumed a value equal to the predefined value, and if the actual value of the criterion is strictly higher than the pre-defined value, the setpoint time is after the actual time and is defined such that, at that time, the criterion assumes a value close to or coinciding with the pre-defined value.
