Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a blow molding device, a blow molding method, a mold unit, and a jig capable of shortening a molding cycle time. There is provided a blow molding device (100), in which the blow molding device (100) includes an injection molding part (10) injection-molding a preform (1) having a neck portion (3) on an open side and a main body portion (2) on a closed side, a temperature adjustment part (20, 520) adjusting a temperature of the preform (1) molded by the injection molding part (10), and a blow molding part (30) blow-molding the preform (1) whose temperature has been adjusted by the temperature adjustment part (20, 520), and the temperature adjustment part (20, 520) include a conditioning core mold (21, 321, 421, 521) that is in contact with substantially an entire inner surface of the main body portion (2) and a conditioning cavity mold (22, 322, 422, 522) that is in contact with substantially an entire outer surface of the main body portion (2), and compress and deform the main body portion (2) of the preform (1) into a desired shape with the main body portion (2) sandwiched between the conditioning core mold (21, 321, 421, 521) and the conditioning cavity mold (22, 322, 422, 522).

Abstract: In one embodiment of this invention, a blow nozzle, which introduces blow air into a molded article in which a flange portion is supported by a blow cavity mold, includes a nozzle main body and an outer nozzle. The outer nozzle includes a first surface brought into press contact with the flange portion and a second surface disposed further outwards in a radial direction than the first surface and being brought into contact with the blow cavity mold. From when the nozzle main body is moved and the first surface is brought into contact with the flange portion to when the second surface is brought into contact with the blow cavity mold and the movement of the nozzle main body is stopped, the first surface of the outer nozzle is overdriven so that the flange portion is airtightly sealed by the first surface.

Abstract: A mold includes a position adjustment mechanism that receives a shaft portion extending from a cavity mold, which accommodates a preform, and adjusts a position where the cavity mold is held on a plane intersecting an extending direction of the shaft portion. The position adjustment mechanism includes a first member in which a linear cam hole that receives the shaft portion is formed, and a second member that is disposed to overlap the first member in the extending direction of the shaft portion and rotates with respect to the first member along a plane. The second member has an elongated hole that intersects the cam hole in a direction of the plane and positions the shaft portion together with the cam hole. Further, a position where the cam hole and the elongated hole intersect each other moves along a longitudinal direction of the cam hole by rotation of the second member.

Abstract: A blow molding apparatus includes: an injection molding section for injection molding a plurality of preforms at a time; a cooling section for cooling the preforms; a heating section for heating the preforms while continuously transporting them along a transport line; and a blow molding section for blow molding the preforms to form hollow containers. The blow molding section includes a primary blow molding section which is equipped with a heat-treating blow mold and blow molds the preforms moved from the transport line into the heat-treating blow mold to form intermediate molded products, and a secondary blow molding section which is equipped with a final blow mold and blow molds the intermediate molded products moved from the heat-treating blow mold into the final blow mold to form the hollow containers.
