    摘要: A sand layer is fluidized by a gas stream or current in a fluidized bed dryer and indirectly heated by immersed stationary heat-exchanger tubes. The sludge to be dried is continuously fed under pressure in a pumpable conditon from above onto the fluidized sand layer. The sludge is coagulated in the fluidized sand layer to form sludge lumps. Here, the sludge lumps are successively dried from the surface down to the core thereof, and the already dried layers of the sludge lumps are successively abraded by the fluidized sand, whereby the sludge lumps are entirely comminuted and the dry matter thereof is pulverized to form dust. This product dust is continuously discharged together with the exhaust-gas stream from the fluidized bed dryer and continuously separated as a product from the exhaust-gas stream. The gas stream or current freed from dust is partially recycled in a closed circuit back to the fluidized bed dryer for fluidization of the sand layer.

    摘要: The bleaching chemicals are added to the pulp immediately after heating of the raw pulp thickened to more than 20% by weight and immediately prior to a dispersing process. This is carried out in a high-speed, high-efficiency disperser, where the heated, thickened pulp is forced through a plurality of narrow slits in a disperser lining and is exposed to strong shearing, impact and kneading stresses. In this way, the dispersing process is reduced to a time period less than 3 seconds, preferably about 1 second or less. As a result, the total time required for reductive bleaching is reduced to less than 15 seconds and no further measures are required for displacing and excluding air from the system. The method can also be advantageously used with oxidative bleaching at reduced reaction time requirements. A high dispersing temperature in the region of 40.degree. C. to 110.degree. C., preferably about 95.degree. C. is possible and there are essentially simultaneously carried out the bleaching and dispersing actions without the need for separate dispersing stages and large reaction towers and pumps.

The flotation process for the separation of solid matter from a suspension takes place via the utilization of centrifugal forces wherein the suspension is brought into rotation in a separating zone so that the floated components are particularly effectively routed to and concentrated at the center of the separating space, whereby, when viewed axially, floated components and the remaining portion of the suspension is guided in the same direction and out of the separating zone, with the avoidance of vortexes in the flow stream achieving particularly favorable separation effects.     摘要: The proposed multilayer head box for a paper machine or similar is constructed so that it can produce a wide jet consisting of at least three individual jets (5, 5', 5") The individual jets are fed through separate channels (3, 3", 3") and emitted out of the head box and subsequently combine to form a single wide jet. The individual channels are so constructed that further outer lying jets can be diverted sufficiently after having been emitted out of their respective channel, so that they meet the respective further inner lying partial stream at a very slight angle. The problem of separation when the partial streams are diverted as well as that of undesired lateral mixing when the partial streams are combined are thereby prevented.

    摘要: A method of removing fine contaminants from waste paper fibrous material (S) is described with solution (1) and pre cleaning (2) whereupon the fibrous material is first subjected to a washing treatment (3) and then to a flotation treatment (5). The washing filtrate (12) from the washing treatment (3) is cleaned in a filtrate-flotation treatment (4) so that a cleaned fraction (14) can be returned into the useful material (13) of the washing treatment. The so cleaned waste paper fibrous material can be passed to further treatment steps such as flotation, bleaching and/or dispersion. The reject material from the filtrate-flotation (4) is, in one embodiment, again subjected to a flotation treatment.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided for mechanical thermal dewatering of a web of fibrous material (1). The object is to provide a dewatering apparatus which delivers better drying results while precluding delamination of the web (1) of fibrous material. This is achieved in an apparatus in which the web of fibrous material is passed through at least two press surfaces (2, 3) which form a press gap and which exert the dewatering pressure on the web of fibrous material by forming one press surface (2) as an impermeable band (4) which can be pressed towards the other press surface (3) via a hydraulic pressing element means (15). A support pocket (5) is located in the pressing element essentially in the region between the web inlet end and the center of the pressing element means (15) and is effective to generate a hydrodynamic pressure field at the pressing element means (15) by setting a lubricant into circulation. The hydrodynamic pressure field provides the desired pressure characteristic as the web of paper material passes through the press zone.
