    摘要: A tubular floor stand wipes dispenser is disclosed in which wipes connected to each other are withdrawn through a hole in a first shelf at an acute angle to the shelf. The leading wipe engages an edge of the shelf around the hole as it is being withdrawn from the dispenser, thereby stressing and breaking the connection of the leading wipe to the next wipe. A user is required to withdraw the leading wipe in this manner by the outer edge of a second shelf disposed above and partially over the hole in the first shelf. A gel dispenser may be arranged on the stand above the second shelf to protect wipes issuing from the hole from any dripping gel. An arrowhead shaped opening on the front of the stand directs disposal of used wipes into a waste container within the stand.

    摘要: Among other things, one or more systems and/or techniques for harvesting thermal energy for utilization by a dispensing system are provided herein. The dispensing system may comprise one or more thermal scavenging devices configured to collect thermal energy from a user. For example, a first thermal scavenging device, coupled to a top housing portion of the dispensing system, may collect thermal energy from a palm of a user hand; a second thermal scavenging device, coupled to a bottom housing portion of the dispensing system, may collect thermal energy from a top portion of the user hand; and/or other thermal scavenging devices may be operatively coupled to the dispensing system. In this way, the collected thermal energy is transformed into electrical energy for powering the dispensing system (e.g., powering a current dispense event, stored for a subsequent dispense event, validation of a refill container, detection of a user, etc.).

    摘要: A dispensing system for dispensing cleaning product for hand sanitization comprises a cartridge having an internal reservoir for containing hand sanitization product, a nozzle configured in one of a plurality of key shapes, and a dispenser having a receptacle opening adapted to receive and engage the nozzle of the cartridge when the receptacle opening is configured in one of a plurality of key shapes corresponding to the key shape of the nozzle, the dispenser having a fluid communication passage for dispensing fluid for hand washing, whereby only cartridges and dispensers which have matched key shapes will engage each other for operative discharge of the hand wash cleaning product. The system includes a valve insert member which prevents leakage of fluid unless the nozzle key matches the receptacle opening. The valve insert member is in the form of a cup shaped member of elastomeric material, said member having a curved top having at least one slit having two slit edges, said slit defining a valve which is normally closed when the two slit edges are in mutual contact, but which slit edges separate when the curved top is penetrated, to thereby open the valve. Two slits can be provided in a cross-pattern.

The dispenser also includes an actuator carriage and a pair of engagement blades carried by the actuator carriage. Each engagement blade has a first end that engages with one of the two or more guide members. The engagement members having opposing recesses for engaging the nozzle of a pump of a refill unit. When the pair of engagement blades move along the second portion of the two or more guide members, the size of the recess expands.
