    摘要: A cartridge holder assembly is provided, comprising an enclosed cartridge, a distal portion and a proximal portion. The enclosed cartridge defines a longitudinal axis and comprises a generally cylindrical main portion, a distal outlet portion having a neck portion with a circumferential shoulder portion, and a proximal portion having an opening surrounded by a circumferential rim. The distal portion comprises a distal support structure engaging the cartridge neck portion and being adapted to support the cartridge against movement in the distal direction, and the proximal portion comprises a proximal support structure engaging the cartridge circumferential rim and being adapted to support the cartridge against movement in the proximal direction. The proximal support structure is essentially non-deformed, and the distal support structure engaging the cartridge neck portion is plastically deformed.

    摘要: A multi-dose medicament delivery device is presented having a housing, a medicament container assembly, a dose drum, a plunger rod, and an activation assembly. The dose drum is supported in the housing via a threaded connection, wherein the dose drum is axially movable with respect to the housing in a backward direction from an initial position to at least one dosing position when rotated in a first direction in order to set a dose to be delivered, and axially movable with respect to the housing in a forward direction from said dosing position to the initial position when rotated in a second, opposite direction in order to deliver the dose set. The plunger rod is operationally associated with the stopper and supported in the housing via a threaded connection, wherein the threaded connection is configured to axially guide the plunger rod toward the device front end when the plunger rod is rotated in the second direction.

    摘要: An injection device with a dose delivering mechanism being adapted to provide a non-visual, e.g. audible and/or tactile, feedback signal when a set dose has been at least substantially injected. A first and a second part of the injection device are adapted to perform a relative rotational movement with respect to each other. The relative rotational movement causes at least two parts of the injection device to abut or engage, and this abutment or engagement causes the non-visual feedback signal to be generated. A very distinct and precise feedback is provided as compared to prior art axial solutions because the generation of the feedback signal is initiated by the relative rotational movement.Feedback signal may be generated by a change in a rotational velocity of at least one part, e.g. by changing the pitch of a threaded portion or by engaging a non-rotating part and a rotating part, thereby causing the non-rotating part to start rotating. May alternatively be generated by building up and releasing a tension.The injection device is suitable for injecting insulin.

    摘要: An injection device includes a housing; a receptacle for injection fluid; a dosing piston to press out the injection fluid; a feed part connected to the dosing piston via a first threaded connection; a slide having a thread of a second threaded connection; and, a setting part having a thread of a third threaded connection and configured to set an amount of injection fluid to be dispensed. The setting part moves in the distal direction by virtue of the third threaded connection when the amount of injection fluid to be dispensed is being set. The setting part can move in the proximal direction when the injection fluid is pressed out. A latching unit defines a latching position of the setting part and acts between the setting part and housing. Each latching position has an unequivocal rotational position of the setting part in relation to the housing assigned thereto.
