The drive shaft module comprises a drive shaft and at least one first mounting which is designed to hold the drive shaft at at least one first bearing location.     摘要: Deflecting device for a conveyor, comprising at least one profiled element (10) and deflecting devices (25) and in which a continuous conveyor chain is driven in the profiled element and the said deflecting devices. The profiled element comprises a first guide (11, 11′) for the motion of the chain in the direction of a deflecting device and a second guide (12, 12′) for the motion of the chain away from the deflecting device. The said at least one deflecting device has a third guide (26, 29, 40) on a pair of mutually opposing wall elements (25) actively connectable to the first and second guides and comprises a part (30″, 30″) which reverses the motional direction of the chain. Each wall element has a fixture device (30), configured in one piece therewith, for snapping-in of the guide/slide element on both sides of the conveyor.

    摘要: A quick release assembly for a check-out conveyor assembly is disclosed. The check-out conveyor assembly includes a frame member having a pair of opposed side rails that receive a series of guides including an idler guide and a drive guide. A conveyor belt encircles the series of guides and is rotatable within the side rails. A quick release assembly is mounted on each of the side rails and is moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. When the quick release assembly is moved to the locked position the idler guide is moved from a disengaged position to an engaged position. When the idler guide is at the engaged position the drive guide is able to rotate the conveyor belt. The quick release assembly comprises a take-up arm rotatably secured to a first end of a push bar and a release handle rotatably secured to a second end of the push bar. The release handle is pivotally fixed to the side rail. Rotation of the release handle about a pivot point moves the quick release assembly between the locked position and the unlocked position. The quick release assembly allows for rapid disengagement of the idler guide to permit repair or maintenance of the check-out conveyor assembly. In addition, the quick release assembly ensures that the conveyor belt is easily aligned and centered in the check-out conveyor assembly.
