    摘要: An arrangement (13) for grounding a shaft, in particular an input shaft (2) of a transmission (3), includes a grounding hub (16) via which the shaft to be grounded is electrically conductively connected to a ground, preferably a housing (9). The ground forms a guide bore (25) in which the grounding hub (16) is axially movably guided. The shaft to be grounded is configured as a hollow shaft at least in the region of one axial end (14). In order to ground the shaft, the guide bore (25) is formed on a rod-shaped section (26), by which the ground is guided from the axial end (14) of the shaft to be grounded radially inward and axially into the shaft to be grounded. The guide bore (25) axially overlaps the shaft.

The seal is disposed between the gearbox and the washtub. The spin tube extends from the gearbox and into the washtub. The spin tube is configured to transfer power from the gearbox to the drum to rotate the drum. The spin tube includes a shaft and a sleeve. The shaft is made from a first material. The sleeve is disposed about a section of the shaft. The sleeve is made from a second material that is less corrosive than the first material. An outer periphery of the sleeve engages the seal to prevent the ingress of water from the washtub into the gearbox.

    摘要: The present disclosure discloses an electric-machine shaft, wherein the electric-machine shaft is provided with a hollow structure in an axial direction at least one end, and the hollow structure is, at a position close to the end, provided with a coolant pumping mechanism having a spiral groove, so that the coolant is able to enter the hollow structure by an attractive force generated by rotation of the electric-machine shaft; the spiral groove is provided on an inner surface of an annular member, the annular member is fixedly mounted to the hollow structure, or the spiral groove is directly provided on an inner surface of the hollow structure; and the electric-machine shaft is provided with a plurality of groups of coolant channels in an axial direction, the coolant channels are in communication with the hollow structure, and when the electric-machine shaft is rotating, oil liquid inside the hollow structure is thrown out by the coolant channels, to cool components inside an electric-machine housing. In the present disclosure, by providing the hollow structure and the coolant pumping mechanism, a structure similar to a pump is formed, and when the electric-machine shaft is rotating, the coolant can be attracted into the hollow structure, and then be thrown out by the coolant channels, which realizes the cooling and lubrication of the components inside the electric-machine housing, and improves the capacity of heat dissipation of the electric machine.

    摘要: A slotted-type rigid coupling is manufactured so that the internal-diameter dimension of a first shaft hole of a circumferentially divided shaft-fastening part is the same as that of a shaft. The first shaft hole is widened by widening force from a pressing mechanism provided with a fastening bolt, and the shaft is inserted through the first shaft hole up to a shaft insertion hole. The widening force is ceased, the first shaft hole is narrowed by fastening force from the pressing mechanism, and the shaft is securely fastened. When the shaft is securely fastened to the shaft-fastening part by the fastening bolt, eccentricity in the shaft is prevented or minimized.
