    摘要: Provided is an inexpensive scrape-off type heat exchanger that is simple in construction, eliminating the need for using a pump for forcibly feeding the process fluid. With the scrape-off type heat exchanger (1), when a suction delivery element (30) which is rotated, while making a reciprocating motion, being closely contacted with an inner wall (200) of the heat transfer tube (20), is traveled from the process fluid inlet part (21) side toward a process fluid outlet part (22), the process fluid is sucked from a process fluid inlet part (21) into the inside of the heat transfer tube (20), and at the same time, the process fluid, which has already been sucked in, passed through the suction delivery element (30), and discharged to the process fluid outlet part (22) side, through the check valves 310, 320, is forced out to the process fluid outlet part (22). In the inside of the heat transfer tube (20), the process fluid is subjected to heat exchange with a heating/cooling medium which flows in between the jacket tube 10 and the heat transfer tube (20). The process fluid attached to the inner wall (200) of the heat transfer tube (20) is scraped off while the scraping part (33) being rotated.

The cleaning device has the effect of movably scraping the dirt or dust accumulated in an outer side of each heat exchange tube, and a watering device is provided for spraying water to lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes and to clean the heat exchange tubes. The cleaning device cooperates with the watering device to scrap the dirt or dust accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, clean and lower the temperature of the heat exchange tubes, so as to prevent the dirt or dust from being accumulated in the heat exchange tubes, improve the radiating effect of the heat exchange tubes and save the energy.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a device and method for removing build-up on such measurement gauges. The inventive device and method involve a movable scraper that fits around a cylindrical shield of a measurement gauge and continuously removes the build-up on the shield. Movement of the scraper is accomplished by a magnetic coupling between a magnetic core attached to the scraper, which is inside a pipe or other piece of equipment, and solenoids that are installed on the outside of the pipe. The device and method of the invention ensure instantaneously correct readings from the measurement gauge and improve control and operation strategies of heat exchanges, with significant economic advantages.

The scraper assembly is formed with a cylindrical body with a head and a tail end. Several mutually spaced apart rings are coaxially and rotatably supported on the cylindrical body between the head and the tail end. The diameter of the rings corresponds to the inner diameter of the pipe to be scraped. The rings have a radial cut formed therein which extends obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical body.

    摘要: A gas dissociation solar thermal power system in which SO.sub.3 in a solar furnace is heated by a sun ray reflector. The SO.sub.3 dissociates into SO.sub.2 + O.sub.2 + absorption of heat. The SO.sub.2 + O.sub.2 gas is directed through a salt-heat chamber where it recombines into SO.sub.3 and gives off heat. The SO.sub.3 is directed back to the solar furnace and repeats the cycle. Useful heat is taken from the salt-heat chamber for operation of an electrical generator or other desired equipment.
