Abstract:
A circuit board with high quality is provided by preventing the falling of paste which comes around to the squeegee complementary angle side during the pattern printing or paste filling by the squeegeeing method. While lowering, the squeegee is passed through the inclined portion of a paste removing section (3) provided on a mask (2 ) before pattern printing or paste filling, whereby the paste on the non-printing side (complementary angle) of the squeegee can be removed; thus, a circuit board superior in quality is obtained.
Abstract:
Laser beams 94 and 95 of laser emitters 74 and 75 are applied to work positioning marks 54 and 55 vertically before attaching a screen plate 60. Then, for attaching the screen plate 60 to frame fixing units 66 and 67, the screen plate 60 is fixed to the frame fixing units 66 and 67 so that the laser beams 94 and 95 are applied to plate positioning marks 64 and 65.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for framing a printing screen comprising a clamping element having a shape to conform to the mug frame with four threaded posts for attaching to a steel baseplate by fasteners. The screen is attached to the mug frame by adhesive and trimmed for screen printing.
Abstract:
An apparatus for displacing an article including first and second pallets for holding and transporting an article between two process stations; an H-bar assembly for receiving the first and second pallets at one of the two process stations; wherein, in operation, a process is performed on the articles while the first and second pallets are received by the H-bar assembly, the pallets then being transported to the second process station where a second process is performed on the articles.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stencil for applying make-up to an area of the body, such as the hair or skin. The stencil includes a flexible sheet bearing a pattern that is to be reproduced on a convex surface, and of which one region, located near a peripheral edge, is attached to a rigid frame in the form of an annular element, the flexible sheet being mounted on the rigid frame in such a way as to form a dome inside the frame.
Abstract:
A screen-printing apparatus with enhanced accuracy of positioning a mask to a material to be printed, in which a printing table is fixed, the mask is displaced in a right-left direction and a front-rear direction, and rotated in a horizontal plane in accordance with a position confirmation signal from a camera device and the mask, a mask support frame, a squeegee device are moved up and down together at a predetermined timing at every printing step.
Abstract:
A printer of the present invention includes a timing belt passed over drive pulleys, each of which is mounted on a particular print drum, via phase adjusting means and deflection pulleys or rotary members. The deflection pulleys are rotatable in contact with the rear surface of the timing belt. The timing belt has its rear surface ground to have uniform thickness. The printer is free from the deviation of relative phase between the rotary members and offset ghosts ascribable to the irregular thickness of the timing belt, while preserving the low-cost configuration of timing belt connection.
Abstract:
A pallet (10) for use with a screen printing apparatus having arms (12) extending outwardly from the printing machine supports an article against a printing force supplied by the screen printing machine. A base portion (14) of the pallet (10) is attachable to the arm (12) of the printing machine and includes a support structure extending therefrom to stabilize and reduce deflection against the printing force.
Abstract:
A stencil apparatus includes an elongated stencil support strip having at least one longitudinally extruding severance line, and at least one stencil support area between the severance line and the edge of the stencil support strip. Stencil elements with pressure sensitive adhesive on their lower surfaces are releasably mounted on the stencil support areas, and arrangements are provided for permitting the removal of material underlying the stencil elements. The stencil apparatus may be formed of either one or two layers and may have upper and lower support strips.
Abstract:
A quick release pallet for a screen printing machine in which the pallet has locating recesses at either ends which locate the pallet on the pallet arm of the screen printing machine by engaging locating lugs on the pallet arm. A toggle clip secures the pallet in position. The advantages are that the pallet has no attachments and can be very quickly positioned and released. Because there are no screw holes in the top surface of the pallet it has a larger print area. The pallet can be modified to a vacuum pallet with a perforated or porous top plate and a vacuum manifold connected to the base plate and air spaces being provided by machined channels in the base plate or a mesh interposed between the base plate and the top plate.
