摘要： A lockable snap-clip fastener (10) has two spring-biased jaw members (12, 14) and a slidable locking bar (16). The same spring (13) that biases the jaws (12, 14) holds the locking bar (16) in either an open or a closed position with one of its arms. Since the bar (16) is held in either the locked or unlocked position, it is more secure and must be positively actuated in order to transition from one configuration to the other.

摘要： A weapon stabilizing device for stabilizing a weapon during use. The device includes a spool member configured to release and retract an anchor line with rotation of the spool member. A lock member prevents rotation of the spool member in a locked position and allows rotation of the spool member in a released position. Actuation of an activation member switches the lock member from a default position to an activated position. The default position may be the locked position or the released position. When the default position is the locked position, the activated position is the released position. When the default position is the released position, the activated position is the locked position. A spool spring may provide continuous positive rotation of the spool member in the released position. The weapon stabilizing device may be connected to or within a base of a weapon.

摘要： An improved firearm accessory mounting interface is herein disclosed. The interface can include one or more sets of first and second fasteners that interface through an elongated slot in a firearm in order to mount a firearm accessory to a firearm. The second fastener can be shaped and sized to clear the elongated slot and can, upon clearing the elongated slot, be pivoted to an oblique orientation relative to the elongated slot so that the second fastener cannot be retracted. The first fastener can continue to be turned thus drawing the first and second fasteners toward each other and locking the accessory to the firearm.

摘要： A stock for a firearm is disclosed. The stock comprises a stock-to-firearm interface, and a folding stock assembly hingedly coupled to the stock-to-firearm interface. The stock comprises a folded configuration and an unfolded configuration. The stock-to-firearm interface comprises a modifiable firearm mount, a lock catch, a quick detach mount, and one of a detent notch and a detent. The folding stock assembly comprises a buttstock, a lock for engaging the lock catch in the stock-to-firearm interface to selectively maintain the stock in the unfolded configuration, and the other one of a detent and a detent notch. The detent is shaped to engage the detent notch to selectively maintain the stock in the folded configuration. The quick detach mount is shaped to distribute a carry force between a first surface of the stock-to-firearm interface and at least one of a second surface of the stock-to-firearm interface and a firearm.

摘要： An attachment assembly for a firearm handguard includes a barrel nut for mounting on a firearm barrel and engaging the firearm handguard thereon. The barrel nut includes a first end for engaging an upper receiver of a firearm, a second end opposite the first end for receiving the firearm handguard, and a transverse groove formed on an exterior surface of the barrel nut between the first end and the second end, which mechanically locks the firearm handguard on the barrel nut. The barrel nut can include an interior surface with threads formed thereon proximate the first end for engaging complementary threads of the upper receiver. A knurled section can be formed on the exterior surface between the transverse groove and the second end, which provides frictional engagement at the interface of the barrel nut and the handguard.
