    Abstract: A variable range bow sight mounting assembly for an archery sight includes an elevation bar for connection with a bow and a mounting bracket configured for adjustable connection with the elevation bar. The mounting bracket contains a channel configured to receive an extension bar for sliding movement of the bar relative to the mounting bracket. The elevation bar contains a plurality of spaced openings with which the mounting bracket may be selectively connected to vertically position a sight aperture at the remote end of the extension bar as desired by the archer.

    Abstract: An archery sight for use with archery bows having different draw weights is provided. The archery sight includes a plurality of sight pins for demarcating a respective plurality of different target distances, with at least some of the sight pins being gang adjustable for accommodating the different draw weights. An adjustment member is movable along a first direction between first and second positions reflective of first and second draw weights, the adjustment member has a plurality of travel pathways being operably associated with the plurality of sight pins to move the sight pins along a second direction different from the first direction so that movement between the travel and the sight pins causes the sight pins to simultaneously move in a second to thereby demarcate their respective target distances for the different draw weights.

    Abstract: A targeting system operable to be used with a bow to assist an operator with striking a target with an arrow. The targeting system may comprise a processor, a target sighting window, a ranging module and a projector. The processor may be configured to control the projector to project a first sighting element onto the target sighting window to select the target, determine a range to the selected target based on the reflected beam, determine an orientation of the bow based at least partially on the determined range to the selected target, determine a location on the target sighting window to present a compensated sighting mark corresponding to the determined orientation, and control the projector to present the variable compensated sighting mark on the target sighting window.

    Abstract: A peep sight for an archery bow includes a peep sight body with a sight aperture extending therethrough. The sight aperture has an inner surface to create a sight window with a central axis. A rear sight post is located in the sight aperture for alignment with a sight pin or the like of a front sight mounted to the riser of a bow. The rear sight post has a width sufficiently wide to ensure at least a portion of the rear sight post is viewable when in the aiming position in close proximity to the eye yet on the other hand, yet sufficiently narrow to allow ambient light to illuminate the sides of the sight post.

    Abstract: A crossbow includes an angle adjusting structure for an aiming seat and contains a body, a bow arm, and an adjuster. The body includes a grip handle and intersects with the bow arm which is disposed on the body and includes a bowstring. The adjuster includes a trigger set which has a triggering support with a threaded hole. The adjuster also includes the aiming seat connecting with a rifle scope, and the aiming seat has an orifice rotatably connecting with the triggering support by using a coupling shaft. The aiming seat also has a front segment and a rear segment. Between the front segment and the triggering support is defined a resilient element for pushing the front segment upward, and the rear segment has a threaded rod extending downward therefrom. The threaded rod screws with a rotatable wheel between the aiming seat and the trigger set.
