摘要: To provide a characteristic evaluation device that can properly evaluate a characteristic of a shaft coupling while considering a delay in a response of a motor, a characteristic evaluation device of a shaft coupling includes: a motor system including a drive motor, a rotation angle sensor configured to acquire a rotation angle of a drive shaft, and a motor control unit configured to control the drive motor based on a torque command; a rotational load connected to a driven shaft; and a processor configured to output the torque command and calculate a frequency response of a gain of an amplitude of an angular velocity ω of the rotation angle, wherein the processor is configured to calculate a characteristic of the shaft coupling based on a response characteristic of the motor system and the frequency response.

摘要: Systems, methods and apparatus for modifying a data collection trajectory for conveyors are described. An example system may include a data acquisition circuit to interpret a plurality of detection values, each corresponding to at least one of a plurality of input sensors communicatively coupled to the data acquisition circuit. The system may further include a data storage circuit to store specifications and anticipated state information for a plurality of conveyor types and an analysis circuit to analyze the plurality of detection values relative to specifications and anticipated state information to determine a conveyor performance parameter. A response circuit may initiate an action in response to the conveyor performance parameter.

摘要: A method for monitoring a rotating equipment through a condition monitoring device is performed in every predetermined time period after every predetermined time interval. The method comprises detecting presence of vibration in rotating equipment based on a signal associated with vibration in the rotating equipment. The signal is measured with one or more sensors of the plurality of sensors. Upon detecting presence of vibration, a predefined number of samples associated with the vibration is acquired at a first frequency. A Root Mean Square (RMS) value of vibration is calculated using predefined number of samples. The calculated RMS value of vibration is compared with a reference value for detecting an operating status, which is stored for every predetermined time interval. Thereafter, the method comprises processing the stored information to assess a condition of the rotating equipment.

A monitoring system can include a data collector coupled to a plurality of analog sensors to collect data, a data storage structured to store a plurality of data collection management plans comprising template data collection routines for collection of data, a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values from the collected data, and a data analysis circuit structured to analyze the collected data and select one of the plurality of data collection management plans, wherein the selected one of the plurality of data collection management plans is selected is at least in part based on a data analysis of received data from the plurality of analog sensors.

摘要: Systems, methods and apparatus for network sensitive data collection are disclosed. A system according to one embodiment can include a plurality of input sensors operatively coupled to a component of an industrial environment and a data collector having a controller. The controller may include: a transmission environment circuit to determine a transmission condition corresponding to transmission of a subset of output data, a network management circuit to update a sensor data transmission protocol, a data collection band circuit to determine at least one collection parameter, a machine learning data analysis circuit to receive output data and learn at least one output data pattern, and a response circuit to adjust an operating parameter of the component based on one of a mismatch or a match of the at least one output data pattern and the state of the component.

摘要: System for data collection and monitoring in an industrial environment are disclosed. A data acquisition circuit may interpret a plurality of detection values, each of the plurality of detection values corresponding to at least one of a plurality of input sensors. A data storage circuit may store sensor specifications, anticipated state information and detected values for use by a signal evaluation to determine a sensor overload status, a sensor fault status or a sensor validity value of at least one sensor in response to the plurality of detection values and at least one of an anticipated state information or a sensor specification. A response circuit may perform an operation in response to one of a sensor overload status, a sensor health status, or a sensor validity status.

A system can include a data collector to collect data from plurality of input channels based on a selected data collection routine, a data storage to store a plurality of collector routes and collected data, wherein the plurality of collector routes each includes a different data collection routine, a data acquisition circuit to interpret the collected data and determine an occurrence of an anomalous condition, a data analysis circuit to analyze the collected data by evaluating a data communication constraint of the monitoring system and adjusting a volume of collected data communicated between the input channels and the data storage, and a haptic user device for generating a haptic stimulation in response to an occurrence of a specified anomalous condition.

摘要: An apparatus, methods and systems for network-sensitive data collection related to a process in an industrial environment are disclosed. The system can include a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels and to a network infrastructure, each of the plurality of input channels communicatively coupled to at least one sensor of the industrial environment, a data storage circuit structured to store a plurality of collector routes and wherein the data collector receives collected data from the plurality of input channels utilizing a collector route, a data analysis circuit structured to determine a data collection quality parameter and interpret the collected data to determine a state value of the industrial environment and an analysis response circuit structured to adjust the selected one of the plurality of collector routes in response to one of the data collection quality parameter or the state value of the industrial environment.
