摘要: An apparatus, methods and systems for data collection in an industrial environment are disclosed. A monitoring system can include a data collector communicatively coupled to each one of a plurality of input channels utilizing one of a plurality of collector routes, wherein each input channel includes data corresponding to an element of a first industrial machine, and wherein each of the plurality of collector routes includes a distinct data collection routine, a data storage circuit structured to store a plurality of detection values that corresponds to the plurality of input channels, and a data marketplace circuit structured to communicate at least a portion of the detection values to a data marketplace, wherein the data marketplace circuit performs at least one of self-organizing the data marketplace and automating the data marketplace.

摘要: A system for monitoring an oil and gas process includes a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values corresponding to input received from a detection package which includes at least one of a plurality of input sensors each operatively coupled to at least one of a plurality of components of an industrial production process; a data analysis circuit structured to analyze a subset of the plurality of detection values to determine a status parameter; and an analysis response circuit structured to adjust the detection package in response to the status parameter, wherein the plurality of available sensors have at least one distinct sensing parameter selected from the sensing parameters consisting of: input ranges, sensitivity values, locations, reliability values, duty cycle values, sensor types, and maintenance requirements.

摘要: In industrial machine predictive maintenance system may include an industrial machine data analysis facility that generates streams of industrial machine health monitoring data by applying machine learning to data representative of conditions of portions of industrial machines received via a data collection network. The system may perform a method of sampling a signal at a streaming sample rate to produce a plurality of samples of the signal. Portions of the plurality of samples can be allocated to first and second signal analysis circuits based on signal analysis sampling rates less than the streaming sample rate, and the samples and the outputs of the signal analysis circuits can be stored. The system can include a sensor detecting a condition of an industrial machine to output a signal, which can be sampled at a streaming sample rate that is at least twice a dominant frequency of the signal.

A system may include a data acquisition circuit structured to interpret a plurality of detection values, each of the plurality of detection values corresponding to at least one of a plurality of input sensors communicatively coupled to the data acquisition circuit, a data storage circuit structured to store specifications and anticipated state information for a plurality of bearing types, a bearing analysis circuit structured to analyze the plurality of detection values relative to specifications and anticipated state information to determine a bearing performance parameter, and a response circuit structured to initiate an action in response to the bearing performance parameter.

摘要: Systems, methods and apparatus for data collection in an industrial environment are described. Signals from a plurality of analog sensors may be routed via an analog crosspoint switch which includes at least one high current output drive circuit suitable for routing an analog signal. The switch may be configured with data routing information from a data collection template where the routing includes switching a portion of the analog signals to a portion of the plurality of analog signal paths.

摘要: Methods and systems for detection in an industrial Internet of Things (IoT) data collection environment with intelligent data collection and equipment package adjustment for oil and gas equipment are disclosed. An example monitoring system for data collection in an oil and gas production environment can include a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels connected to data collection points operatively coupled to at least one piece of equipment of an equipment package of the oil and gas production environment. The system further includes a data acquisition circuit to interpret detection values from the plurality of input channels and a data analysis circuit to utilize an expert system diagnostic tool to identify an off-nominal process state based on the detection values. The system may further include a response circuit to adjust an equipment package parameter in response to the off-nominal process state.

摘要: Methods for data monitoring with changeable routing of input channels are disclosed. An example method includes a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels and a data acquisition circuit to interpret the detection values, each corresponding to an input channel. Sensor data is acquired from a first route of input channels and stored together with specifications for the sensors that correspond to the input channels. The sensor data is evaluated with respect to an alarm threshold level and an alarm state set when the alarm threshold level is exceeded. A response circuit changes a routing of the input channels for data collection from a first routing to an alternate routing of input channels, wherein the alternate routing of input channels comprise the first input channel and a group of input channels related to the first input channel.

摘要: Monitoring systems and methods for data collection in an industrial environment are described. A system can include a first and second data collector coupled to input channels and a data acquisition circuit to interpret detection values corresponding to the input channels, wherein the sensor data is acquired from a first route of input channels. A data storage may store sensor specifications for sensors corresponding to the input channels and a data analysis circuit may evaluate the sensor data with respect to stored anticipated state information including an alarm threshold level. When the threshold is exceeded, a communication circuit communicates with a second data collector which transmits a state message related to a first input channel. A response circuit changes a routing of the input channels from a first routing to an alternate routing based on the state message from the second data collector.
