摘要: Systems and techniques for estimation of item ratings for a user. A set of item ratings by multiple users is maintained, and similarity measures for all items are precomputed, as well as values used to generate interpolation weights for ratings neighboring a rating of interest to be estimated. A predetermined number of neighbors are selected for an item whose rating is to be estimated, the neighbors being those with the highest similarity measures. Global effects are removed, and interpolation weights for the neighbors are computed simultaneously. The interpolation weights are used to estimate a rating for the item based on the neighboring ratings, Suitably, ratings are estimated for all items in a predetermined dataset that have not yet been rated by the user, and recommendations are made of the user by selecting a predetermined number of items in the dataset having the highest estimated ratings.

摘要: The present invention pertains to semiconductor memory devices, and particularly to a system and method for adaptively setting the operating voltages for SRAM for both Vtrip and SNM to reduce power while maintaining functionality and performance, based on modeling and characterizing a test structure. One embodiment comprises an SRAM array, a test structure that characterizes one or more parameters that are predictive of the SRAM functionality and outputs data of the parameters, a test controller that reads the parameters and identifies an operating voltage that satisfies predetermined yield criteria, and a voltage controller to set an operating voltage for the SRAM array based on the identified operating voltage. One method sets an operating voltage for an SRAM by reading test structure data of the parameters, analyzing the data to identify an operating voltage that satisfies predetermined yield criteria, and setting the operating voltage for the SRAM based on the identified operating voltage.

摘要: Systems and methods are provided for reconciling data. In one implementation, the systems and methods may receive first data corresponding to an expected state of at least one of a plurality of objects and create second data corresponding to an actual state of the at least one of the plurality of objects. In addition, the systems and methods may compare the first data to the second data to determine if the actual state corresponds to the expected state. In accordance with another implementation, systems and methods are provided for determining and applying rules to data. Such systems and methods may receive data comprising a root element and at least one leaf element, the root element having attributes and the attributes comprising characteristics, select a condition table based upon the characteristics, select a first ruleset based upon the selected condition table, and apply rules defined by the selected first ruleset to the data.

摘要: Apparatuses and methods to perform pattern matching are presented. In one embodiment, an apparatus comprises a memory to store a first pattern table comprising information indicative of whether a byte of input data matches a pattern and whether to ignore other matches of the pattern occur in remaining bytes of the input data. The apparatus further comprises one-byte match logic coupled to the memory, to determine, based on the information in the first pattern table, a one-byte match event with respect to the input data. The apparatus further comprises a control unit to filter the other matches of the pattern based on the information of the first pattern table.

摘要: Apparatus and methods are operable to receive a first and second version of an ordered list having a first and second plurality of ordered entries, wherein each of the plurality of ordered entries has a corresponding order index. Further, the apparatus and methods are operable to compare respective ordered entries from the first and second versions of the ordered list at a respective order index. Also, the apparatus and methods are operable to assign a penalty to each possible current list resulting from reconciling the first version and the second version of the ordered list when the comparing identifies a difference between respective ordered entries at the respective order index. Moreover, the apparatus and methods are operable to generate, based on the comparing, at least a portion of all possible current lists, and select and store one of the possible current lists as the current list based on the penalties.

摘要: The present invention discloses a device and method for detecting a packed PE (portable executable) file. In the device and method for detecting a packed PE file, information for detecting packing are extracted by analyzing the header of a target file, and a record containing characteristic values shown only in a packed PE file is created by using the extracted information. The packing of the target file is detected by calculating the similarity with a PE file which is not packed based on the created record and comparing it with a derived threshold value. Therefore, a packed PE file can be detected even if it is packed by a packing method which is not well-known.
