When the X-ray film-enclosing cassette is fully inserted into the insertion slot, with a corner window hatchcover on the cassette being automatically opened by the cassette's insertion into the cavity slot, the corner of the X-ray film receives the focussed labeling data image from the optical system.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and to apparatus determining the exact position of a target relative to a reference of known co-ordinates. The apparatus comprises a source of radiation for forming an image of a target, which image is received by a receiver device situated beyond the target. A mask-forming device is interposed between the receiver device and the source of radiation, the mask-forming device including at least one localization means of known position relative to a reference point and suitable for forming an image in said image-forming radiation, means are also provided for displacing the radiation source in three dimensions, at least between two different angular positions, thereby displacing the co-ordinates of two different images of the target obtained from the two different angular positions of the source. The invention makes it possible to determine the exact position of a target with a very high degree of precision using a method which is simple and which limits the radiation dose. The target may be a cell or a stone or a bone to be treated.

In the arrangement of the above-mentioned type, a so-called "dove prism" is interposable in the optical beam path of the data being projected through the use of setting means, for the correct non-reversed transillumination or projection of the data for posterior anterior, as well as for anterior posterior exposures.

    摘要: In X-ray photography, prime pulses are produced at a frequency dependent upon intensity of radiation affecting the film. During a predetermined interval early in each exposure, for a time determined by (but not necessarily equal to) the interval of opening delay of the X-ray generator switch means, at least one additional pulse is generated for each prime pulse, the additional pulses being emitted in time-delayed relation to their prime pulses and to one another. A counter receives all pulses and issues a switch-off signal upon receiving the last of a predetermined total number of pulses. Thus, film is subjected to equal quanta of radiation at every exposure even though radiation intensity varies.
