Abstract: Provided are a method for reporting a power headroom and an apparatus using the same. The apparatus computes and reports a power headroom for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) that is transmitted in a first transmission period of a first band having a first subcarrier interval. The power headroom is computed on the basis of at least one second transmission interval of a second band having a second subcarrier interval which overlaps with the first transmission interval.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of receiving system information by a user equipment in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method may include receiving a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) including Downlink Control Information (DCI) for scheduling the system information; descrambling a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) of the DCI based on a System Information-Radio Network Temporary Identifier (SI-RNTI); obtaining first information on a type of the system information from a specific bit included in the DCI; receiving the system information based on second information for scheduling the system information, which is included in the DCI; and determining the type of the system information based on the first information.

Abstract: A UE transmits a random access channel (RACH) preamble and a BS receives the RACH channel. The BS configures the RACH preamble to align boundaries of the RACH preamble with boundaries of OFDM symbols on which the RACH preamble is configured in the time domain. The UE generates/transmits the RACH preamble to align the boundaries of the RACH preamble with the boundaries of OFDM symbols on which the RACH preamble is configured in the time domain.

Abstract: A method and device for transmitting a transport block in a wireless communication system is provided. Particularly, a terminal receives, from a base station, information on the number of subcarriers in a partial band included in an allocated carrier. The terminal distributes a soft buffer possessed by the terminal in proportion to the number of subcarriers in the partial band. The terminal determines a transport block size for each partial band according to the size of the distributed soft buffer. The terminal transmits, to the base station, the transport block within the transport block size.

The first RACH resource and the second RACH resource are for a UE at which Tx/Rx beam correspondence holds and for a UE at which Tx/Rx beam correspondence does not hold, respectively. A UE can use the first or second RACH resource, depending on whether or not Tx/Rx beam correspondence holds at the UE.
