Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The UE controls uplink transmission power by receiving control information for a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH), and repeatedly transmitting a PUSCH as a predetermined number of times based on the control information. The PUSCH is repeatedly transmitted with a transmission power which is maintained constant during a time period for the repeated PUSCH transmissions.

A method for a terminal for making radio resource measurements (RRM) in a wireless access system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: receiving an upper level signal comprising a reference signal for channel state information (CSI-RS) of a first cell, and quasi co-location (QCL) information for a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) and/or CSI-RS of a second cell; receiving the CRS and/or CSI-RS of the second cell on the basis of the QCL information; and measuring a first RRM for the first cell by means of the CRS and/or the CSI-RS of the second cell.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for transmitting an uplink channel and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) by a machine type communication (MTC) device. The method may comprise the steps of: determining a frequency resource area for transmitting an uplink channel so as to have a size equal to or smaller than the size of a physical resource block (PRB) including 12 subcarriers; generating a DMRS sequence for some sub-carriers among the 12 subcarriers when the frequency resource area for transmitting the uplink channel is determined to have a size smaller than the size of the PRB including the 12 subcarriers; and transmitting the uplink channel and the DMRS on the some subcarriers in the PRB.

Abstract: A method and a device for performing a random access in a wireless communication system are provided. Specifically, a wireless resource for transmitting a first random access request is selected, and the first random access request is transmitted through the wireless resource. The first random access request includes a transmission period of the first random access request, the frequency of retransmission, and an allowable error of the transmission period. Uplink resource allocation information is received in response to the first random access request. The uplink resource allocation information includes information on an indicator bit and a wireless resource shift. When the indicator bit is a preset value, a second random access request is transmitted through a wireless resource shifted from the wireless resource.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for uplink transmission. A method for uplink transmission for a machine-type communication (MTC) terminal comprises: a step of transmitting first uplink (UL) information via a first UL channel in a first terminal-specific frequency band of a first subframe; and a step of transmitting second UL information via a second UL channel in a second terminal-specific frequency band of a second subframe subsequent to the first subframe. The first subframe and the second subframe each include a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols. If the first terminal-specific frequency band and the second terminal-specific frequency band do not overlap one another, the second UL information may not be transmitted in a first OFDM symbol of the second subframe. Thus, a wireless resource can be efficiently utilized.

Abstract: A method is provided for performing a random access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system supporting coverage enhancement. The UE repeatedly transmits a physical random access channel (PRACH) signal, determines a random access radio network temporary identifier (RA-RNTI) corresponding to the PRACH signal using system frame number (SFN) information, wherein time index information and frequency index information are not used for determining the RA-RNTI, and monitors downlink control information masked by the determined RA-RNTI. The time index information indicates a subframe starting the repeated transmission of the PRACH signal, the frequency index information indicates a frequency index of the PRACH signal transmitted in the starting subframe, and the SFN information indicates a radio frame starting the repeated transmission of the PRACH signal.
