Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain one or more of a number of actual bits or a number of dummy bits associated with a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) transmission that includes one or more of a deferred semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) HARQ-ACK or a retransmitted HARQ-ACK codebook. The UE may transmit the HARQ-ACK using a power for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) that is based at least in part on the number of actual bits, the number of dummy bits, or a total number of bits that is a sum of the number of actual bits and the number of dummy bits. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network node may transmit a message to a user equipment (UE) indicating at least a first frequency range for uplink data and a second frequency range for the uplink data. The UE may apply a frequency offset for at least one of the first frequency range or the second frequency range based at least in part on the first frequency range, the second frequency range, or both, overlapping with a downlink portion of a sub band full duplex duration. The UE may transmit, during a first portion of the sub band full duplex duration, the uplink data in the first frequency range, the second frequency range, or a third frequency range based at least in part on applying the frequency offset for at least one of the first frequency range or the second frequency range.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a first subset size parameter associated with a first priority, and an indication of a second subset size parameter associated with a second priority. The UE may determine a first set of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback associated with downlink communications having the first priority and a second set of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback associated with downlink communications having the second priority. The UE may select a first subset of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback from the first set of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback based on the first subset size parameter, and a second subset of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback from the second set of HARQ-ACK/NACK feedback based on the second subset size parameter. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is transmits capability signaling information to a base station. The capability signaling information may be associated with a capability of the UE to maintain coherence and bundle demodulation reference signals (DM-RS) when a transmission is interrupted. The base station may receive a transmission from the UE having dropped symbols, may determine if the capability signaling information indicates that the UE maintained coherence over the dropped signals, and may utilize bundled DM-RS to decode the transmission if the capability signaling information indicates that the UE maintained coherence.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for reporting a first and second stage of feedback for multiple physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) to reduce latency and improve reliability. The first stage of feedback may include hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for all PDSCHs or each PDSCH, and the second stage of feedback may include channel state information (CSI) feedback for all PDSCHs or each PDSCH. A user equipment (UE) may transmit the first and second stages of feedback in a single physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or multiple PUCCHs (e.g., a PUCCH corresponding to each PDSCH). In some cases, the UE may report the HARQ and CSI feedback based on whether the PDSCHs include the same or different transport blocks or whether the PDSCHs are transmitted with the same or different transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE). The apparatus identifies an overlap between resources for transmitting a scheduling request (SR) and a transmission occasion for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback. The apparatus determines whether to transmit the SR or the HARQ feedback to a base station based on at least one of a type of the SR, a relationship between a first beam for an uplink control channel and a second beam for downlink communication, or a content of the HARQ feedback. Then, the apparatus transmits the SR or the HARQ feedback based the determination.

A user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of conflict conditions for identification of conflicts between uplink feedback messages and a communication frame structure, and may receive a downlink message within a set of semi-persistent downlink resources. The downlink message may be associated with a first uplink resource for transmitting a feedback for the downlink message, where the first uplink resource is included within a subband full-duplex (SBFD) slot that includes one or more uplink subbands. The UE may then transmit the feedback message via the first uplink resource or a second uplink resource that is deferred relative to the first uplink resource based on whether feedback deferral for the downlink message is triggered in accordance with the one or more conflict conditions the second uplink resource is included within a second slot that is subsequent to the subband full-duplex slot.
