Abstract:
An apparatus for treating the atmosphere of a storage space for vegetable products with a volume greater than 200 m3, includes a contacting device having a packing; an injector configured to inject a liquid flow into the contacting device; and a circulator configured to circulate the storage atmosphere in the contacting device. The contacting device is configured such that the storage atmosphere is brought into contact with the liquid flow by circulation in the packing.
Abstract:
A method of treatment with at least one biocidal and/or safener product with a boiling temperature between 60 and 280° C., wherein the method comprises a treatment step duration greater than or equal to 3 days, wherein the treatment step comprises at least one injection phase of a duration greater than or equal to 3 days during which a liquid containing the, or each, product is evaporated and injected inside an enclosure, wherein the liquid is evaporated and injected with a period of less than or equal to two days during the injection phase, wherein the liquid is evaporated at a temperature below 50° C.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for fungicidal and/or bactericidal treatment of plants or foodstuffs using one or more essential oil(s) that enable the treatment of strains resistant to synthetic fungicides and/or bactericides.
Abstract:
A device for coating food products, of the type having a coating area includes: a coating conveyor provided to drive said food products in a longitudinal direction; and a device for applying a coating compound on the food products driven on the conveyor. The coating conveyor includes a chassis, a plurality of rotary brushes fastened in the longitudinal direction relative to the chassis, and a motorized assembly for driving the brushes in rotation around respective transverse axes relative to the chassis, the brushes being arranged so as to define, together, a support and driving surface for the food products and being provided to make the food products roll during the application of the coating compound.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to solutions of CIPC and of one or more terpenes or terpene oils for the antigerminative treatment of bulbs and tubers. This use is particularly appropriate for the treatment of potato tubers. The CIPC solution contains from 50 to 80% by weight of CIPC relative to the total volume of the solution. Examples of the terpenes and terpene oils are eugenol, isoeugenol, clove oil and their salts and mixtures thereof.
Abstract:
A process for treating, by means of eugenol or clove oil, reservoirs for storing cereals, oil-producing plants, dry fruit or dry vegetables contaminated with mycotoxins.
Abstract:
A process for the anti-germination and/or biocide treatment of bulbs or tubers by separate application of 3-chlorophenylisopropylcarbamate (CIPC) and a component selected from the group consisting of clove oil and eugenol, in this order or vice versa. The process may be used for the treatment of potato tubers.
Abstract:
A method for coating food products includes applying, on food products, a composition containing one or more film-forming agents in a solvent, wherein application is carried out by atmospheric pressure showering of the composition or by immersion into the composition.
