摘要: A steering column may include a casing unit in which a steering spindle is rotatably mounted about a longitudinal axis and which is connectable via a height adjustment lever to a vehicle. The height adjustment lever has two opposing sidewalls between which the casing unit is received pivotably about a joint axis. The casing unit may have guide grooves that extend in a direction of the longitudinal axis. A sliding body may be disposed between each sidewall and the casing unit. Each sliding body may be displaceable in a sliding manner in a guide groove in the direction of the longitudinal axis and is supported on the respective sidewall. A supporting element may be arranged between each sliding body and the respective sidewall, which supporting element is supported from the inside against the respective sidewall and pushes the respective sliding body from the outside into the respective guide groove.

摘要: A method of controlling a steer-by-wire steering system for motor vehicles is disclosed for the calculation of a resulting self-aligning torque of a feedback actuator in a manner which is dependent on an operating state (hands-on/hands-off). The method includes determining of a base self-aligning torque for a first operating state, in which there is hand contact by a driver on a steering wheel, determining a hands-off self-aligning torque for a second operating state, in which there is no hand contact by the driver on the steering wheel, determining a self-aligning speed of the steering wheel for the first operating state and for the second operating state, and determining the resulting self-aligning torque on the basis of the base self-aligning torque or the hands-off self-aligning torque, as a result of which the steering wheel rotates at the defined self-aligning speed into the defined position.

摘要: A vibration damper may include an external tube and at least one internal tube. The external and internal tubes may be disposed in a coaxial manner relative to one another. An annular gap may exist between the external tube and the internal tube, and the annular gap may be fluidically connected to the internal tube. The annular gap may form a compensation chamber for receiving damper oil and damper gas for preloading of the damper oil in the compensation chamber. The vibration damper may further include a separating element disposed in the compensation chamber. The separating element may be axially displaceable and may separate the damper oil from the damper gas in a fluid-tight manner.

Such a device may include a determination segment, which can determine a concentricity deviation, that includes a spindle unit comprising a tapping spindle with a gauge gear wheel arranged thereon and intended for tapping the concentricity of the internal toothing, and an output spindle for transmitting the tapped concentricity from the tapping spindle to a measuring unit. The output spindle may be arranged directly or indirectly on the tapping spindle. A spindle holder may hold and position the tapping spindle, the output spindle, or the spindle unit. An adjusting element may position the gauge gear wheel, and the measuring unit may compare the tapped concentricity with reference values.

摘要: A method for the autofrettage of a workpiece may involve arranging the workpiece between a first securing means and a second securing means, and applying high-pressure fluid to an internal volume of the workpiece that is formed between the first and second securing means. A die or ram may be driven into the internal volume through an inlet in the first securing means. Consequently, as a result of the ram being advanced, not only is a fluid pressure generated in the internal volume, but also the workpiece is mechanically autofrettaged by way of the ram. A device may be employed to perform such hydromechanical autofrettage of the workpiece.

摘要: A hydraulic vibration damper, in particular for a vehicle chassis, includes a cylinder tube for receiving a hydraulic fluid. A piston is axially movable within the cylinder tube along a cylinder tube axis and subdivides the cylinder tube into two working chambers. A piston rod is oriented parallel to the cylinder tube axis and is connected to the piston. At least one valve assembly for damping the piston movement in a direction of actuation is arranged at a fluid leadthrough. A bypass duct includes a sub-duct provided in addition to the fluid leadthrough between the two working chambers. A valve arrangement with continuously adjustable damping force is provided which regulates the throughflow through the fluid leadthrough and the sub-duct. The sub-duct includes a throttling mechanism, having a throttle, and a non-return valve. The throttle and the non-return valve of the sub-duct are arranged in series.

摘要: Apparatus and methods for recovering watercraft. A ramp is movable relative to a stationary carrying apparatus between a recovering position and a parked position. The ramp includes a frame and a deformable body, which is fastened to the frame. When the ramp is in the recovering position, the deformable body points toward the watercraft to be recovered and is located at least partially above the water surface. The watercraft travels onto the ramp and deforms the deformable body from above. The watercraft is pulled out of the water and moved onto the carrying apparatus.
