摘要: Air spring strut for a motor vehicle comprising an air spring with a shock damper for the spring-cushioning and damping of oscillations of a motor vehicle chassis, wherein the air spring comprises an air spring cover and a rolling piston, wherein a rolling bellows of elastomer material is clamped in an airtight manner between the air spring cover and the rolling piston. The air spring cover comprises a damper bearing receptacle in which a damper bearing of the shock damper is arranged, and the air spring cover comprises a clamping base to which a first end of the rolling bellows is attached. At least the damper bearing receptacle of the air spring cover is produced completely from a plastic material, and the plastic material is a thermoplastic.

摘要: A brake device for a hydraulic motor vehicle brake system, having a housing, at least one pressure chamber arranged in the housing, filled with a hydraulic pressure medium and bounded by at least one cylinder piston moveable in an axial direction to generate brake pressure. The cylinder piston can be activated mechanically with an activation force by an activation rod unit which is secured to the cylinder piston. In order to provide an improved brake device which is of the generic type mentioned at the beginning and permit a secure connection between the activation rod and the cylinder piston and at the same time mounting which is as easy as possible, it is proposed that the activation rod unit is secured to the cylinder piston by a latching connection, wherein the latching connection is brought about by an axial relative movement between the activation rod unit and the cylinder piston.

A corresponding method for operating such a controller is also disclosed.

摘要: A method of secure data export from an automotive ECU to a requesting entity includes receiving a signed request, the request transmitting a first public encryption key. The signature is verified using a second public key stored in the automotive ECU. Further, the requesting entity is authenticated. Only upon successful verification and authentication the automotive ECU generates a random symmetric key for encrypting the data to be exported. The symmetric key is encrypted using the first public key received in the request, and unencrypted data is deleted. The encrypted data is exported to the requesting entity, which decrypts the symmetric key using a first private key associated with the first public key, and decrypts the data encrypted with the symmetric key.

The device includes a sensor that is configured to determine a first yaw rate of the vehicle, a satellite navigation receiver that is configured to receive satellite signals during a predetermined time period, to determine a multiplicity of geographical positions of the vehicle on the basis of the received satellite signals, and to determine a geographical reference position of the vehicle on the basis of the multiplicity of geographical positions, and a processor that is configured to determine a second yaw rate of the vehicle on the basis of the determined geographical reference position of the vehicle, and to compare the first yaw rate with the second yaw rate in order to detect the erroneous determination of the geographical position of the vehicle.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for improving the control behavior of an electronic motor vehicle braking system which comprises at least a slip control function. Wheel dynamic information which is evaluated as a criterion for initiating a control intervention is used individually for each wheel and is compared with control thresholds for a pressure reduction phase, a pressure maintenance phase, and a pressure buildup phase for generating corresponding braking torques by means of a vehicle braking system. According to the invention, the expected acceleration change of a vehicle wheel is calculated from a pressure change at said wheel, said pressure change being caused by a control intervention; the actual acceleration change at the vehicle wheel, said acceleration change being caused by the pressure change, is determined from measured wheel speeds as wheel dynamic information; and the control behavior of the slip control is adapted when the actual acceleration change deviates from the expected acceleration change by a defined degree such that the deviation is minimized.
