    Abstract: In an electromagnetic relay device, a mover includes a movable contact movable to abut onto and separate from a stationary contact through a contact region defined between the movable and the stationary contacts. A plunger causes the mover to reciprocate to accordingly cause the movable contact to abut onto or separate from the stationary contact. A solenoid unit of the electromagnetic relay device includes an electromagnetic coil, a movable core, and a support member that slidably supports an outer peripheral surface of a slidable contact portion of the movable core. A movable wall member is located between the slidable contact portion and the contact region. The movable wall member reciprocates together with the plunger. The movable wall member is arranged to occupy a region in the electromagnetic relay device. The region contains at least the slidable contact portion when viewed in the reciprocation direction.

    Abstract: A press-fit fixing portion fixes a drive unit and a relay unit by press-fitting a claw portion and the recess portion. A sealing member is provided on an outside of the relay unit and the drive unit. An inner cover forms a sealed space for sealing an arc-extinguishing gas together with the sealing member. An electromagnetic relay is configured to make it possible both an adjustment of a press-fitting amount of the claw portion and the recess portion and an adjustment of the gap between a ceramic insulator at an end of a shaft and a movable element by making each of the relay unit and the drive unit in a manufacturing process to the same state as in when a magnetizing coil is energized.

    Abstract: A load control device includes a power supply terminal connected to a power source via a fuse, a load driver configured to drive loads by electric power supplied from the power source via the fuse and the power supply terminal, a current detector configured to detect load currents that flow through the loads, respectively, and a controller. The controller is configured to calculate a total current that flows through the fuse based on the load currents detected by the current detector, calculate a physical quantity correling with the total current and related to a connecting member that connects between the fuse and the power supply terminal in response to that the total current is equal to or higher than a predetermined current value, and limit at least one of the load currents in response to that the physical quantity is equal to or greater than a reference value.

    Abstract: A contact point device includes a first contactor, an oscillation supporting portion, and a second contactor. The first contactor has an outer side surface shaped in a column that surrounds a central axis. The oscillation supporting portion supports the first contactor to allow the central axis to oscillate. The second contactor is disposed opposite to the first contactor. One of the first contactor and the second contactor includes a plurality of first contact portions provided to surround the central axis on a plane perpendicular to the central axis, and the other includes a second contact portion provided to protrude toward a space surrounded by the plurality of the first contact portions. The second contact portion has a contact surface which is a curved surface exposed toward the space to surround the central axis.

    Abstract: A sound generator includes a sound generating body, a base, a protection wall, and an erected wall. The sound generating body includes a diaphragm and a driving portion. The base includes a base tubular portion and a partition wall defining a sound hole. The diaphragm and the partition wall divide an inner space of the base tubular portion into a first space and a second space. The protection wall is disposed away from the partition wall and the erected wall connects between the protection wall and the base tubular portion. The protection wall, the erected wall, and the partition wall defines a sound emission space in communication with the first space through the sound hole.
