摘要: A support, which may be a ceiling support, is designed to receive an operation microscope, and particularly may support a medical operation microscope. This support has a support column, movable around a rotation axis, with a first carrier arm and a second carrier arm which, with respect to the first carrier arm, can be moved around a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis. A cable connection is provided for producing a restoring force for the second carrier arm, and couples the second carrier arm to a counterweight for producing a restoring force around the second pivot axis. The counterweight is arranged in the region of the support column, to minimize inertial action accompanying a movement of the support around the rotation axis. A freewheel rotary joint is provided in the cable connection to suppress a feedback to the counterweight of a movement of the second carrier arm around the first pivot axis.

摘要: The present invention relates to a surgical microscopy system, comprising a surgical microscope, a stand comprising a base and a plurality of pivotally connected arms, the surgical microscope being mounted to one of the arms, wherein the pivotally connected arms are arranged to be movable with respect to each other such that the surgical microscope is movable relative to the base, and wherein a conventionally provided lead is replaced by one or more leads fulfilling the function of the single lead together. The present invention also relates to a surgical microscopy system, wherein data or/and energy is transmitted to the surgical microscope by wireless transmission.

摘要: In a slit lamp microscope, changeover can be selectively made between conventional slit lamp microscopy and confocal perforated disk microscopy. In slit lamp operation, the microscope is constructed as a stereo microscope. The Nipkow perforated disk required for the confocal perforated disk microscopy is arranged in an indirect beam path. Alternatively, the Nipkow disk can be arranged on a pivotable support element and can be pivoted into the beam path in the vicinity of an intermediate image plane. For confocal perforated disk microscopy, an additional illumination device is provided that is reflected into the beam path between the Nipkow disk and the oculars. The insertion of the Nipkow disk or the switching of the beam paths takes place such that the focal plane of the objective is constant. A changeover is made from conventional slit lamp microscopy to confocal perforated disk microscopy without refocusing. A direct comparison of the images observed with the two procedures is therefore possible.
