Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for promoting growth of gas-fermented microorganisms, comprising the following steps: S1. ultrasonically blending a surfactant and a culture medium, then adding a fluorine-containing alkyl compound to a mixture, and ultrasonically processing the mixture to obtain a perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion; S2. inoculating a bacterial suspension into the perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion, and introducing simultaneously a mixed gas to obtain a precursor; S3. cultivating the precursor in a shaker, wherein the precursor has a diameter of bubbles of 2.0-4.2 mm, and the bubbles have the total volume of less than 40 ml. Under these conditions, the microorganisms have a high utilization rate of the gas, can grow and metabolize more quickly, and can obtain bacteria and products more quickly. Compared with a traditional culture system, addition of a mass transfer material can promote gas mass transfer. Therefore, the gas consumption is small, and the cost is low.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an anomaly detection method and apparatus for multi-type data. According to the anomaly detection method for multi-type data, an adversarial learning network is trained, so that a generator in the adversarial learning network fits a distribution of a normal training sample and learns a potential mode of the normal training sample, to obtain an updated adversarial learning network, an anomaly evaluation function in the updated adversarial learning network is constructed according to a reconstruction error generated during training, and the updated adversarial learning network is constructed into an anomaly detection model, to perform anomaly detection on inputted detection data by the anomaly detection model, to obtain an anomaly detection result. A mode classifier is introduced to effectively resolve difficult anomaly detection when a distribution of detected data is similar to that of normal data, further improving the accuracy of anomaly detection.

Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of material fabrication, and particularly relates to an ultra-sensitive glucose sensor based on a graphene and carbon fiber substrate and a fabrication method thereof. The method includes fabricating a carbon fiber cloth with vertical graphene growth on a surface thereof, performing pretreatment to make the carbon fiber cloth hydrophilic, directly soaking the carbon fiber cloth in a PBS solution of glucose oxidase with the pH of 7.4, and then taking out and drying the carbon fiber cloth at room temperature to obtain a glucose sensor. According to the present invention, the lower limit of glucose detection reaches about 0.1 mM, and the glucose sensor also has multistage corresponding characteristics, so that different detection coefficients and capabilities can be achieved in different glucose concentration ranges. The application range and precision of the glucose sensor are greatly improved.

Abstract: A preparation method of a direct ethanol fuel cell includes synthesizing electrolytes, preparing a cathode and an anode, and clamping the electrolytes between the cathode and the anode to get direct ethanol fuel cell. The electrolytes are synthesized by polymerizing sodium acrylate with an initiator to get a hydrogel, and the hydrogel is soaked in a harsh alkaline solution. The cathode is synthesized by coating N,S codoped carbon catalyst onto a current collector, where the N,S codoped carbon catalyst is synthesized by mixing and preheating silica powder, sucrose and trithiocyanuric acid to get a mixed powder, and mixing and heating the mixed powder with poly tetra fluoroethylene so as to get the N,S codoped carbon catalyst. The anode is synthesized by coating Pt-Ru/C catalyst onto a current collector.
