摘要： A confocal microscope includes a light source that emits illuminating light beam, an illuminating optical system that irradiates the illuminating light beam onto a specimen, a condensing optical system that condenses the light reflected off the specimen and a light detection unit. The light detection unit includes a mask member, a movable shutter and a light detector. The mask member includes a plurality of reflecting/transmitting surfaces each constituting a light separating surface, and only the central portion of the light flux entering the mask member from the condensing optical system exits through a pinhole. The movable shutter opens or closes off a plurality of pinholes individually, and the light detector detects the light flux having passed through the pinholes.

摘要： An object is to provide a spectroscope and a spectrum laser microscope capable of carrying out sensitivity correction of a multi-channel photodetector with real time. The spectrum laser microscope 100 includes a laser microscope 101 and a spectral analyzer 103 having a multi-channel photodetector 13 composed of a plurality of photodetectors 13i for detecting spectral distribution of the light from the laser microscope 101. Sensitivity fluctuation of the plurality of photodetectors 13i is calculated from a first luminance data detected before shifting relative position between the spectra and the multi-channel photodetector 13 and a second luminance data detected after shifting. Then, the first luminance data or the second luminance data is corrected.

摘要： A video clock signal generator comprises: means for supplying a light beam; a mask having opposite ends spaced by a predetermined distance; a vibration scanner for reflecting the light beam and forming a light spot vibrating on the mask beyond the opposite ends thereof; a detector for generating an output signal representing optical information from the mask; a counter for counting a time required for the light spot to cross the opposite ends of the mask based on the output signal of the detector; and a control unit for controlling an amplitude of the scanner mirror in accordance with the time counted by the counter.
