    Abstract: There is provided an automotive sun visor device in which an opening 2b of a sunroof 4 is formed in a front portion of a roof panel 2 constituting the upper part of a vehicle body 1, a slide member 17c slidable in the longitudinal direction is provided on the cabin inside of the sunroof 4 in which the opening 2b is covered by an extending portion 5a of a windshield glass 5, and a sun visor body 16 for blocking bright sunlight coming from the front is installed to the slide member 17c so as to be turnable in the up-and-down direction. When the sun visor body 16 is not in use, the sun visor body 16 is moved to the rear of the sunroof 4, by which the sunroof 4 is not closed by the sun visor body 16. Therefore, a large open space can be obtained in front of the head of passenger, especially, on the front seat, and thereby the comfort in the cabin is enhanced significantly.

A slit is formed at the terminal part of the surface member adjacent to the base point of the rupture of the resin core member.

    Abstract: There is provided a door trim including: an armrest; an ornament member coupled to the armrest; and a planar heater configured to warm the armrest or the ornament member. The planar heater is disposed between a resin core member and a surface member which form the armrest or the ornament member, and includes a nonwoven fabric and a heating wire fixed to the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric includes first and second bonded parts and a connection part connecting between the first and second bonded parts. The second bonded part is routed to be disposed on the back surface side of the armrest (the back surface side of the ornament member) by the connection part being inserted into an interface gap between the armrest and the ornament member. A thermostat is mounted on the second bonded part.

    Abstract: A mounting structure of interior trim includes a handle-shaped grip arranged on the interior trim and a bracket connecting a vehicle body panel and the grip. The grip has a fixing base. The fixing base includes a base portion, a cylindrical boss portion, and an opening. The bracket includes a grip attachment part arranged on the fixing base, a pair of panel attachment portions arranged at both ends of the bracket, each of the panel attachment portions attached to the vehicle body panel, and a pair of connecting pieces straddling between the pair of the panel attachment portions with the grip attachment portion sandwiched in the center. One of the pair of connecting pieces has a fragile portion that becomes a deformation starting point of the bracket when a load is applied from the fixing base to the grip attachment portion.
