    摘要: A door assembly for an aircraft includes a door, an interior door handle and an exterior door handle, and a clutch assembly. The interior door handle and the exterior door handle are rotatable about a door handle rotational axis. The clutch assembly includes a shaft, an exterior coupling body, an exterior handle body, and a clutch lever. The shaft includes an interface portion. The interface portion includes a handle tooth. The exterior coupling body includes a fixed body portion disposed adjacent the interface portion. The exterior handle body is rotatably mounted to the exterior coupling body. The exterior handle body is rotatable between and to an engaged position and a disengaged position. The clutch lever is rotatably mounted to the exterior coupling body. The clutch lever is pivotable between and to an engaged pivot position and a disengaged pivot position. In the engaged pivot position, the handle tooth is positioned circumferentially between the clutch lever and the fixed body portion.

    摘要: A vehicle having a door operation assembly having an internal door handle assembly, an outside door handle assembly, and an arrester component. The arrester component includes a housing, a barrier, and an activator/deactivator. When the vehicle door is in a locked state and the outside door handle is in a flush position, the activator/deactivator causes the barrier to engage with an outside door handle of the door handle assembly to arrest the movement of the door handle from the flush position to a deployed position. When the vehicle door is in the locked state and the door handle is in the deployed position, the activator/deactivator causes the barrier to disengage from the door handle to allow the movement of the outside door handle from the deployed position to the flush position.

    摘要: An emergency mechanism for manually opening a powered door that includes a hold-close latch that holds the door in a closed position. During the manual operation, a manually operated handle for actuating only the hold-closed latch is manually moved from a non-actuating position to an actuating position, which actuates the hold-close latch to release the door from the closed position. The handle is held in the actuating position until it is moved back to the non-actuating position during a subsequent powered operation, thus allowing a user to move the door to an opened position using both hands.

    摘要: A vehicle door control arrangement 10 for permitting opening of a vehicle door 12, the arrangement 10 including a door handle means 14. A control mechanism 16 is locatable in the door 12, and operable by movement of the door handle means 14 to cause door latching means to disengage from the closed position. A door handle movement means 18 is provided, operable to selectively move the door handle means 14 between a rest position in which the door handle means 14 is located substantially within the door 12, and an operable position in which the door handle means 14 extends outwardly from the door 12 such that the door handle means 14 can be manually engaged by a person. Operating means 20 is provided to detect when it is required to open the door, and in response to cause the door handle movement means 18 to move the door handle means 14 from the rest position to the operable position.
