摘要: A mini air pump which includes a diaphragm, a bladder base provided with penetrating bladder holes and air inlet channels, a pump body having a valve seat and a pump cover, an air inlet valve, an air outlet valve, a relief valve and a preload member is revealed. The valve seat is stacked over the diaphragm. An exhaust chamber and a spring chamber are constructed by the valve seat and the pump cover. The valve seat has exhaust channels communicating with the bladder cavity. A communicating return channel is constructed by the diaphragm, the bladder base and the valve seat. The return channel is communicating with the air inlet channel but not communicating with the spring chamber. A spring of the preload member applies a preload to the relief valve. Thereby the relief valve acts more accurately and the mini air pump is more stable in use.

摘要: A piezoelectric pump includes a piezoelectric element, a vibrating piece, a valve and a flow guiding member. The vibrating piece has a central zone attached to the piezoelectric element, a peripheral zone, a first recess, a stopper and a position limiting wall both protruding from the first recess, and a through groove disposed between the central zone and the peripheral zone and connected through the first recess. The valve is attached to the peripheral zone and has a non-straight through slit. The flow guiding member is attached to the valve and has a second recess and a channel both recessed in the flow guiding member, and a through hole. The channel is connected through the second recess and the through hole. A projection of the second recess projected on the plane which the valve exists covers the non-straight through slit. An operating method of a piezoelectric pump is further provided.

摘要: The present invention relates to a negative pressure wound therapy device, system and method. The negative pressure wound therapy device is connected with a dressing, and comprises a housing, a control circuit board, a pump, and an aspiration conduit. The pump generates negative pressure. The pump may comprise a voltage-actuated deformation element (such as piezoelectric vibration element) to push fluid from an aspiration end to a discharge end. The aspiration conduit has a pump end and a dressing end. The pump end is fluidly connected to the aspiration end of the pump, and the dressing end is fluidly connected to the dressing used for covering a wound. The control circuit board is disposed in the housing, controls the pump to generate the negative pressure in the aspiration conduit, and applies negative pressure to the wound covered by the dressing via the aspiration conduit.
