The fluid end may include a plunger, a cylinder configured to operatively engage the plunger, and an end block. The plunger, the cylinder, and the end block of the fluid end may each be fabricated from a high toughness martensitic stainless steel composition comprising between 11.50% and 17.00% by weight chromium, between 3.50% and 6.00% by weight nickel, between 0.30% and 1.50% by weight molybdenum, between 0.01% and 0.20% by weight vanadium, and iron.

摘要： The present invention discloses a Fluid End and its manufacturing method. The conventional fluid end manufacturing methods involve machining of all surfaces.This demands more input stock for manufacturing process and a lot of material wastage during machining process. In the conventional processes involving open die forging followed by machining result into only about 34% utilization of material. In the present invention, fluid end component geometry is optimized. Assembly surfaces are machined whereas other or non-assembly surfaces are as-forged condition. The method of invention also results in significant reduction in machining time and chip removal. The present invention also discloses a process of manufacturing using a combination of open die and closed die forging, and machining. It involves the steps of cogging an ingot to form billet for closed die forging using open die forging, forging the billet in closed die using forging equipment, semi-finish/rough/partial machining, heat treatment, drilling and finish machining the component. Most of the non-assembly areas of the fluid end are left in as-forged condition.

摘要： A pump cartridge for mounting on a drive rotor includes a roller assembly having first and second hubs maintained in a spaced apart relationship and defining an axis, and a plurality of planetary rollers arranged in a circumferentially spaced orientation about the axis, the rollers mounted to the hubs displacement radially outward. One or more compressible tubing lines are interposed between the rollers and an interior wall of the pump cartridge housing. The housing and the first and second hubs collectively define a passageway through which a spreader on the drive rotor extends and may be rotated relative to the roller assembly to displace the rollers radially outward to thereby compress the tubing lines against the interior wall. A coupling feature on the first hub engages a roller driving feature of the rotor, so that rotation of the rotor causes rotation of the roller assembly about the axis.

The stopper includes an engaging portion. The engaging portion restricts, by engaging with the step surface, a movable range of the plunger in the second direction. The stopper defines therein an eccentric hole that has an inner diameter greater than an outer diameter of the step surface. The eccentric hole is eccentric with the plunger and opens through a portion of the stopper other than the engaging portion.

摘要： A peristaltic pump includes a housing in which a tube mounting case is formed in which a pump head is rotatably supported. The pump includes a tube unit provided as a replacement part consisting of a flexible tube and a tube fixture which holds the tube at two positions. The tube unit is insertible in the tube mounting case so that by displacing the tube fixture, the tube enters into tensioning engagement with the pump head. A tensioning device is arranged on the housing or on the tube mounting case in the form of a lever mechanism for tensioning displacement of the tube fixture by at least one lever element. A locking or clamping mechanism forms an undercut which upon reaching a tube tensioning position engages in a counter-locking/clamping mechanism arranged on the tube fixture for locking the tube fixture and the tensioning device in the tube tensioning position.
