Abstract:
Refrigerator with an icemaker including a cabinet having a mullion wall for compartmentalization of a freezing chamber and a refrigerating chamber, a case provided to a door on the refrigerating chamber, having a cavity therein, a first duct for supplying cold air from a neighborhood of an evaporator in the freezing chamber to the cavity, the icemaker in the cavity for producing ice, an ice container in the cavity for storing the ice, and a dispenser in the door in communication with the cavity, thereby having ice supplied to a user at an outside of the refrigerator through a dispenser provided to the door.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a dispenser of an icemaker in a refrigerator for maximizing an inner space when a total size is the same, and for minimizing the total size when the inner space is the same. The dispenser of the icemaker in the refrigerator includes an ice chute being a passage through which the ice produced from the icemaker is discharged; and a container supporter provided at an outer case and disposed to be perpendicular to an outer surface of the outer case when the ice is discharged outside through the ice chute, the contain supporter allowing a container seated thereon to receive the ice discharged from the ice chute. The ice chute is closed and not exposed outside when the ice-discharging process is finished, and the container supporter is not exposed to the outer surface of the outer case.
Abstract:
A refrigerator includes a cold chamber; a cold chamber door for covering the cold chamber; a freezing chamber; a thermal insulation case on the cold chamber door; an ice-making chamber located on an inner side of the cold chamber door and covered by the thermal insulation case; an ice-making unit installed in the ice-making chamber for making ice using ice-making cold air supplied from the freezing chamber; and a cold air guide structure including: a cold air inlet port for supplying the ice-making cold air into the ice-making chamber; a cold air outlet port for exhausting the ice-making cold air from the ice-making chamber; a cold air supply passage along a wall of the refrigerator to supply the ice-making cold air from the freezing chamber to the cold air inlet port; and a cold air return passage along the wall of the refrigerator to discharge the exhausted ice-making cold air from the cold air outlet port to the freezing chamber.

Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus for controlling a driving of a reciprocating compressor capable of enhancing an efficiency by differently controlling a frequency and a stroke voltage according to a load size and capable of reducing consumption power, and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises a controlling unit for judging a load size by comparing a phase difference between a detected current and a stroke with a reference phase difference, and outputting a frequency control signal and a stroke control signal according to the judged load size.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a water heating apparatus having a heat exchanger that has a maximized heat transfer area between a hot water supply tube and a heater so that clean hot water is continuously fed without a time delay. To achieve these objects, a water heating apparatus comprises: a case defining a body; a hot water supply tube having an heat exchanger installed in the case; a heat storage liquid material received in the case; and a heater installed in the case, for heating the heat storage liquid material.
Abstract:
A refrigerator includes a main body having at least a lower cooling chamber disposed at a lower portion of the main body, a base frame disposed to be movable in inward/outward directions at the lower cooling chamber and having a drawer door at a front side thereof, a lift frame disposed at an upper surface of the base frame, on which a basket is placed, a gas spring mounted vertically at an upper surface of the base frame and connected with the lift frame for lifting the lift frame, and lift rails at a rear side of the drawer door and guiding the lift frame to be moved up and down.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a refrigerator with an improved structure for supplying ices at an outside of a dispenser provided at a door. The refrigerator includes a supplementary freezer, a cavity, an icemaker and a dispenser. The supplementary freezer is provided in a cooling chamber of the refrigerator. The cavity is provided in the door and is connected with the supplementary freezer when the door is closed. The icemaker produces ices using cool air in the cooling chamber. The dispenser is connected with the cavity provided at the door. In this case, the icemaker is provided in the supplementary freezer or in the cavity.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a structure for dispensing ice in a refrigerator, in which an automated ice-making device and an ice bank are installed at a door of a freezing chamber to thereby make its space utilization effectively. The structure of the present invention includes: an ice-making device installed in a door of a freezing chamber; an ice bank storing pieces of ice provided from the ice-making device; an ice transfer unit for transferring the pieces of the ice stored in the ice bank in a width direction; and an ice crushing part for crushing the pieces of the ice transferred by the ice transfer unit.
