    Abstract: A display device includes first banks extending in a first direction and that are spaced apart from each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a first electrode extending in the first direction and including a first part disposed between the first banks, a second electrode extending in the first direction and including a second part spaced apart from the first part in the second direction and disposed between the first banks, a first dummy pattern disposed on one of the first banks and spaced apart from the first part, a second dummy pattern disposed on another one of the first banks and spaced apart from the second part, and light-emitting elements disposed between the first banks, the light-emitting elements having at least one end portion disposed on one of the first part of the first electrode and the second part of the second electrode.

    Abstract: A display device may include: a light-emitting-element layer disposed on a substrate, and including an anode electrode, a cathode electrode, a first sub-pixel including a first emission structure, a second sub-pixel including a second emission structure, and a third sub-pixel including a third emission structure; and a lens-array layer on the light-emitting-element layer, and including lenses including first, second, and third lenses provided to respectively overlap the first, second, and third emission structures. In the first sub-pixel, first base light provided from the first emission structure may pass through the first lens and be provided as first light. In the second sub-pixel, second base light provided from the second emission structure may pass through the second lens and be provided as second light. In the third sub-pixel, third base light provided from the third emission structure may pass through the third lens and be provided as third light.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display panel including a substrate and a display layer that is arranged on the substrate and that is configured to display images; a cover window arranged on the display panel; a protective film arranged under the display panel; and a cushion layer arranged on the protective film, wherein the cover window includes: a first cover window portion overlapping the protective film; and a second cover window portion at least partially surrounding the first cover window portion, wherein the cushion layer includes: a first cushion layer portion overlapping the protective film; and a second cushion layer portion including a grounded metal material and protruding outwards from the first cushion layer portion, and wherein the second cover window portion and the second cushion layer portion are spaced apart from each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel defining film disposed on a circuit element layer, where a light-emitting opening is defined in the pixel defining film, a light-emitting element including a first electrode including an upper surface exposed through the light-emitting opening, where the first electrode at least partially overlaps the pixel defining film, a second electrode disposed on the first electrode. The display device includes a protective layer disposed between the first electrode and the pixel defining film. The first electrode includes a first sub-electrode including a reflective metal material, a second sub-electrode disposed on the first sub-electrode and including a transparent conductive oxide, and an intermediate layer disposed directly between the first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode and including a tungsten oxide. The display device has high-resolution display quality and low driving voltage characteristics.
