    Abstract: A display panel includes a circuit layer including a pixel region and a non-pixel region, a first light-emitting element disposed on the circuit layer; and an inorganic layer disposed on the circuit layer and including a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first light-emitting element includes a first resonance electrode disposed on the circuit layer and including a reflective electrode and a first transparent electrode disposed on the reflective electrode, a light-emitting portion disposed on the first resonance electrode, and an upper electrode disposed on the light-emitting portion, the second portion is disposed between the reflective electrode and the first transparent electrode, at least one opening is defined in the second portion, the first transparent electrode includes a first transparent portion and a second transparent portion, and a first length of the first transparent portion is greater than a second length of the second transparent portion.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a pixel defining film which is disposed on a base layer and in which a light-emitting opening is defined, a partitioning wall which is disposed on the pixel defining film and in which a partitioning wall opening corresponding to the light-emitting opening is defined, and a light-emitting element including an anode, a middle layer, and a cathode which contacts the partitioning wall. The light-emitting element is disposed in the partitioning wall opening.     Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, a pixel disposed on the base layer and including a thin film transistor, and a signal line connected to the pixel. The signal line includes a metal layer and a capping layer disposed on the metal layer, including molybdenum and tantalum. The metal layer has a first light reflectance, and the capping layer has a second light reflectance that is lower than the first light reflectance of the metal layer. The capping layer includes a tip protruding from a sidewall of the metal layer, and the tip protrudes more than a contact point at which the sidewall of the metal layer contacts with the base layer when viewed in a plane. The display device has an improved external light reflection characteristic and an enhanced display quality.
