摘要: The present invention relates to compounds and methods which are useful in molecular investigations of target genes, as well as their encoded RNAs and protein, belonging to signature self renewal programs in leukemia and/or cancer stem cells. Data herein shows that leukemia stem cells can be generated from committed progenitors without widespread reprogramming of gene expression, and wherein a leukemia self-renewal associated signature is activated in the process.
