A system for releasing a drug specifically in the colon of the gastrointestinal tract, which comprises a drug (b) coated with an organic acid-soluble polymer material (a), and a saccharide (c) which rapidly generates an organic acid by the action of enterobacteria in the lower part of the gastrointestinal tract; a colon-specific drug release oral preparation, which comprises a composition comprising a drug (b) coated with an organic acid-soluble polymer material (a) and a saccharide (c) which rapidly generates an organic acid by the action of enterobacteria in the lower part of the gastrointestinal tract, said composition being coated with an enteric coating polymer material (d). The invention provides a drug release system and a preparation which utilize enterobacteria, which do not form harmful substances due to the release-starting mechanism, show rapid degradation, and have higher colon specificity.

A billing system includes an operation unit, a determination unit, an extraction unit, a first calculator, and a second calculator. The operation unit receives an operation for executing a function provided by one device of a plurality of devices. The determination unit determines whether the one device is available for the function associated with the operation received by the operation unit. The extraction unit extracts another device that is available for the function as a substitute for the one device when the determination unit determines that the one device is not available for the function. The first calculator calculates a fee for the function to be executed by the other device. The second calculator calculates a total billed amount based on the fee calculated by the first calculator and content executed by the other device when the function is executed by the other device.

The main unit executes the stand-alone job every time it is requested, and generates and manages a stand-alone job log including stand-alone job log identification information. The server device controls the execution of stand-alone jobs included in the cooperating job based on a request for executing the cooperating job, and manages cooperating job identification information associated with the stand-alone job log identification information of the stand-alone jobs included in the cooperating job. The server device acquires the stand-alone job logs from the main unit and extracts the stand-alone job logs including the stand-alone job log identification information associated with the cooperating job identification information, to generate a cooperating job log corresponding to the cooperating job.

The turning angle-steering angle ratio increases with increasing vehicle speed until the vehicle speed reaches a predetermined value from zero; while when the vehicle speed is higher than the predetermined value, the turning angle-steering angle ratio decreases with increasing vehicle speed.

In an image forming apparatus, picture display control means causes display means to selectively display a simple picture which allows a limited number of basic functions to be selected, or a standard picture which allows all the functions, inclusive of the functions available with the simple picture, to be selected. The simple picture and standard picture are switched over by software. The operation of the apparatus may be permitted only when a user code matching any one of user codes registered beforehand is input; either the simple picture or the standard picture may be set for each user code and displayed as the initial picture. The apparatus allows the operator to set up functions matching the contents of image formation and operator's skill without resorting to an openable cover for concealing a part of function setting keys.
